Describe your project or startup in a few words

My project is a social project and is divided into two components, one business which is a project management department and the other being a television program with a view to reaching as many people as possible.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Golden mind is a movement, a project that understands the current challenges of society in general with regard to local and socioeconomic development. Therefore, Golden mind will be a company and TV program dedicated to providing consultancy services, project promotion and intermediary between students and companies.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

My main problem is the lack of jobs and the slow economic development of the country in terms of integrating the development of local communities. My project will not only provide more jobs, but will improve professional technical education and more, it will bring the need to review the management system and investments in all possible areas in terms of quality and availability. I want to know what the country has to offer and how we can monetize and benefit at a local level. So golden minds is the entity that any national citizen having a project that only has a capital deficiency has life, direction and tangible results.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1. For Designers, national and international visibility of professional skills and competitiveness and credibility in professional matters and problem solving. 2. For Investors, it will be a credible and creative source of projects and direct participation in local development. 3. It is for society a means, a reliable source of information and integrity about the current state of economic development in its localities, and where society has a voice not only to complain but to give its opinion, advise and actively participate in the development of these projects.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

It is aimed at 3 recipients, Young students, Society in general and investors who can be any company or individual and even state bodies without any discrimination. For young designers in the areas of Engineering, Medicine, Communication, Law, Education, Agriculture and other areas to reflect, study the challenges, and present them as a problem for discussion, but we will not only open this space for discussing problems, we want the respective solutions. In other words, if a young person with a degree in Agriculture discovered a deficiency in a certain food, or they have a production project that could expand to increase the supply of it nationally and or even perhaps export it to other countries.

"Our goal is to create a space where Local Content Development is focused on a positive perspective. We give communities the chance to solve their own problems with the support of those who identify with the cause."

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

The internal programs of mega projects can be considered as opponents, but what makes it special is the fact that my project is more comprehensive and more social, comprehensive in terms of the relationship between creativity, student production or society, it does not generate its own participation. in media matters

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

I couldn't say at the moment, but I would like to inform you that I have a long history, having said my first exhibition in 2010 as a social and reproductive health activist at AMODEFA in partnership with Geracao Biz and MDC at local level, so my way of seeing localities Overall it's different and interesting.
