This project aims to give the people of Maputo and the nearby areas the best chicken, clean and healthy. With a system that will operate based on a machine, as industry. However, with a high clean system that will help clean the dust before delivering.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

With focus in the services area, ProMaMa is a start-up that seeks to give a new form of treating their chickens. How? By implementing a high industry system that will work to clean the product from the moment it arrives till the moment it lefts our process work. We have in mind that operating in industry evolves a relationship with the nature that's why our project includes a system that will help clean our dust before delivering to the nature and we'll also evaluate a possibility to give the remains of our process of cleaning to the small farms for them to use it as fertilizer. Our project seeks also to give the youth of Manhiça and nearby areas a chance to have experience with some work, we'll focus in helping young women and man.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are trying to provide a good and eficient way to have a service that clean and give the best chicken. With our project we'll end the questions about the conditions of which the meat is processed in Maputo by giving the people who have chicken business a good and eficient way to process their chickens and give a healthy and safe meat to the consumers.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Healthy, sustainable and innovation. With our project the worries about where and our the meat chicken is processed in Maputo will end because we'll give the users a full system that seeks to reduce their worries. Sustainable because our project relay on a system that clean the dust before delivering to the nature and also we'll seek to have the small farms to use this dust as a fertilizer. Innovation by putting the project outside the urban area we seek to help Manhiça generates recites with our project but also increasing the employment of the local people also showing others companys to invest in Manhiça.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Two groups will directly benefits from the project. First we have the people who have chicken farms and provides for the markets in Maputo. For these people we are offering a high industry system that clean and give the best product to the market. This will reduce their time cleaning the products manually and also give better results. Secondly we have the consumers that will have a better produt, safer and healthier.

Chamina Narciso who's a finalist at Universidade Eduardo Mondlane is a top professional who have great social skills and communication skills that helps with negotiation and meeting new people. She also has a great creativity that helps to put other ideias and provides a new and critical thought when necessary. Yara Muando who currently is in her fourth year of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane. As experience with other cultures and business administration, a area where she did a Erasmus in Poland. Is a high value asset that always provide a fresh and objective thought.

In the area we're unique because all that have been done doesn't come closer to our vision. This area in particular is mainly a manually services and we are bringing the industry that will reduce in time and quality of the product we put in the market.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

The small farms around who have a team of works who does the work manually. We stand out because we bring a better, innovate and healthier system for people and nature.
