GOLD COMFORT SERVCICES is a bifunctional company providing real estate and construction services from the medium to exclusive level, with the aim of solving the search of all level properties for rent or purchase and bring your dreamhouse out of mind.

GOLD COMFORT is made up of design engineers and with a high standard of professionalism, taking into account the time and wishes already drawn up in the client's mind. Provide two ( 2) Kind of services: REAL STATE: Situated in the heart of prime real estate, our properties embody sophistication and comfort. With panoramic views and carefully designed spaces, each residence tells a unique story of modern living. This service includes land acquisition and sales, residential property transactions, and house rentals for all levels. CONSTRUCTION: specialized in architectural and/or structural project development, cost estimation for projects at all levels. Practical project execution and an integrated package that includes land, comprehensive project planning, and budgeting.

It seeks to solve the difficulties of finding comfortable and luxurious places to rent, so this company has a website for renting houses and buying construction projects, aesthetic, beauty, comfort, breathtaking views and nature. This company has goals and visions that are unusual to other real estate and construction companies, because in addition to renting out houses, it wants to create connections with hotels and residences so that they provide services to the real estate company and in return, they will gain more clients, however, these clients will be on site renting on behalf of GOLD COMFORT, and this in turn will provide transportation services and more for the clients.

Customers can access the link and rent or buy houses anywhere in the world; Clients have the privilege of designing their dream home and the architects and engineers who provide the services will do the work of creating a project beyond the client's expectations; The client will have the privilege of transportation and the choice of the best hotel at the most affordable prices; In our future facilities, the client will be able to see the houses for rent both from our office (via a screen that pulls up images and videos) and from the platform and on site. Our team is fluent in English and has future projects in other languages.
