A padaria será instalada numa zona na provincia de Nampula com elevado índice populacional onde não tem acesso ao pão que é um dos alimentos básicos para a população recôndita. Vai se implementar usando a fortificação usando a mandioca e a batata doce.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

A zona denominada de 4h na zona de Namiteca não tem acesso a energia eléctrica o que dificulta a instalação de serviços básicos. Este projecto será baseado em energia fotovoltaicas para a produção de pão para o consumo da população a redor. Será produzido usando uma fortificação do trigo usando a farinha demandioca e a batata doce que é produzido em grande escala nesta zona.
