Buscamos revolucionar os espaços de trabalho através da integração de elementos naturais, como plantas interior de origem local, design biofílico, tornar uma referência na transformação de locais de trabalho, oferecendo soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis.

Buscamos transformar os espaços de trabalho em locais insustentáveis que promovem a reciclagem, incluem rm todas as suas accões desde compras decoração de interior, a conservação e manutenção do ambiente. Através da integração de elementos naturais, como plantas interior de origem local, design biofílico, reciclagem do material como Café, papel e outro material. Montagem de sistema de gestão de residuos adequado ao ambiente, promover a formação regular dos colaboradores em materia de sustentabilidade no ambiente de trabalho, Envolver as comunidades nestas accões através de movimentos palestrantes junto dos produtores de plantas locais tornar uma referência na transformação de locais de trabalho, oferecendo soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Valorization and job creation for local plant producers, raising awareness among employees about the benefits of indoor plants that reduce air pollutants, and encouraging the sustainable use of office materials, recycling coffee machine capsules, reducing paper printing by favoring electronic sharing, and implementing recycling initiatives.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

As indoor plants, according to studies conducted by NASA, have the ability to change the air in enclosed spaces by reducing the number of pollutants present in the air. Through the organization of workshops, lectures, and awareness campaigns on sustainability for employees, the creation of educational materials about sustainable practices, and regular monitoring of the results of these lectures and workshops.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

We intend to start in offices aiming to reach more families in one place so they become aware of sustainable living practices and take them back home, influencing other families members as well. We believe the workplace is the ideal setting to achieve benefits for multiple parties in the society and the environment as a whole in one location.

One of them have a degree in enviroment engeneering and have worked for 6 years in reweable energy and Atomic energy inspection. we also have an arquictect who is responsible for all the design for interior spaces. Wecollaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, working together with other professionals such as engineers, biologists, among others.

It encourages ending poverty by promoting production from local plants, where acquisition is low-cost, and anyone who puts in effort can adapt and create more livelihood for families; Our project includes social promotion inclusion by offering collaboration opportunities to marginalized individuals or those in poverty. This helps build more cohesive and resilient communities.

Our plants have the ability to purify the air by removing toxins such as formaldehyde, benzene, trichloroethylene, xylene, and ammonia. These substances are common in building materials, furniture, and cleaning products found in offices. A NASA study suggests that certain plants like Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata) and Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum spp.) are particularly effective in removing these pollutants. As we know, studies indicate that the presence of plants can reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance employee productivity. Greener and more natural work environments tend to create a more relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Plants can also help maintain appropriate levels of humidity in the air, which is crucial for respiratory comfort and preventing issues such as dry skin and eye irritation often associated with air-conditioned office environments. The presence of plants also improves the aesthetics of the offices and spaces in general. This can contribute to greater health

Our projet intend to grow and reach variety of stackholders, including schools. We want to stimulate and cultivate a sense of environment responsibility by introducing plant projects at schools. Educate students about the importance of nature and sustainability. Encourage them to adopt more sustainable practices in their live. Incorporating plant care into the school curriculum can provide practical learning opportunities in natural sciences, biology, and ecology. Enrich their educational experience for the young geberation, promoting a healthier, more sustainable, and inspiring learning environment.

Realizamos workshops e rodas de conversas entre mulheres para trocarmos ideias e nos fortalecermos mais como mulheres. Associamos estes workshops com momentos de confraternização e exploração da nossa rica gastronomia local entre outras atividades culturais como dança tradicionais e acolhimento de estrangeiros que se interessam pela cultura Moçambicana.
