01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Nesta parte inicial do plano de negócio refere a Visão, Missão, Objectivos e Valores que a empresa tem para com os seus clientes. A segunda parte irá referir os serviços que a empresa irá comercializar, estratégias de Marketing de venda, gestão de controlo de negócio, abordaremos também como os recursos humanos irão funcionar incluído os planos de actividade e cronograma das actividades para além de orçamentos de compra e venda dos nossos produtos, enfim, na última parte faremos uma análise da viabilidade económica do projecto. A falta de muitos bons cafés, sorvetarias e take aways e que tenham serviços de qualidade, com preços relativamente acessíveis que abranjam a classe operária e funcionários, e para os habitantes de Maputo, leva com que se crie um plano de negócio com café, gelados e take away no bairro. Neste âmbito, querendo servir aos clientes houve necessidade de gerar um plano de negócio que abranja todas as faixas etárias e todas classes sociais. Em uma primeira fase.

A falta de financiamento

1- o projecto vai gerar novos empregos, automaticamente vai combater a pobreza absuluta 2- o projecto visa minimizar a fome para os necessitados, pois pretendemos doar uma parte dos lucros para alimentação dos necessitados. 3- a empresa total estará a contribuir para o desenvolvimento do país, gerando empregos e oportunidades para jovens e os demais na qual vão se aliar a este projecto, ou seja, estará a salvar vidas.

Para o alcance do nosso Grupo Alvo que são funcionários, residentes, transeuntes de todas as faixas etárias e se tratando de um bairro residencial, poderemos atingir grande parte, pois, a cafetaria, sorvetaria e take away localiza-se numa Avenida Principal das artérias da cidade.
