O propósito da empresa será produzir açúcar a base da seiva extraída do coqueiro, de modo a responder a necessidades nutricionais da população consumidora deste produto, visto que o mesmo, assumi-se ser se de baixo indece glicémico, causando assim um impacto positivo para quem o consumir..
