01.01 Décrivez votre projet en détail
The job seekers Kenya will be an online based platform. The platform will enable job seekers in Kenya to create a free account and update all relevant information. Such information is based on the following; Personal details, Education, work, skills, connections and any other information that aid in their employment. On the other hand, employers will also be able to create an account. The employers account will ebale employers to do the following; 1. Update job details 2. View qualified candidates based on the job requirements and minimum qualification requirements. 3. Send application requests to qualified candidates. 4. Receive Job applications and shortlist 5. Send interview dates and communication to qualified candidates. The platform will help job seekers reduce the hustle of browsing through long list of job listings in different job listings platforms while at the same time reduce the long list of job applicants and the long times it takes to recruite.
01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?
More than 2.9 million Kenyans are unemployed. Of these, over 2 million of them have given up on looking for employment or starting a business. The Job seekers Kenya aims at providing pool of job ready, unemployed Kenyans. Through this platform, job seekers wont need to browse the internet looking for job opportunities they qualify for and taking time making applications that in most cases don't materialize. A job seeker will be tasked of keeping his/her account updated only. On the other hand, employers will also get a chance to create a profile and upload job details. Through the platform they will be able to get recommendations based on the minimum job requirements, send application requests to qualified candidates and get applications. Do shortlisting and invite for interview. Through this, the recruitment time and cost will reduce, reduced number of applications even from unqualified people, access to the best talents available in the market and ready for employment.

The following are benefits to be realized by job seekers; 1. Reduced job hunting time, you just create a profile and have it updated frequently. 2. Applications are done to qualified vacancies only as they are a direct request from the employer. 3. Easy application process, information that is to be used is already at the platform. Benefits realized by employers; 1. Large pool of job ready candidates. 2. Reduced hiring time 3. Reduced cost as the platform will be able to handle everything 4. Applications are only sent and received from qualified candidates that you have preselected, no pile of applications from even unqualified people.

The project is targeting any job ready individual who is actively looking for employment opportunities. The project also targets students of graduates who are looking for job experience through attachments and internships. These individuals should be able to access an internet accessing device and make profiles online. Also, the project is aimed at employers. Employers will be able to get a chance to make a profile, do job listings, view qualified candidates, send application requests, preview applications and set date for interviews. Through the platform , it will be easy for job seekers and employers to carry out the recruitment process easily and conveniently.

By proving easy access to jobs, my project will enable more individuals to be employed easily reducing cost related to job hunting, application process and attending interviews with minimum chance of getting the job. Additionally, employers will have a reduced cost and time of recruitment therefore channeling those resources to other business activities leading to business stability and sustainability.

Also, organizations will be able to channel their resources to business growth after being able to save on recruitment and time taken to hire. According to Kenya's law, every employee is to be deducted from his/her salary cash that is to be remitted to a national health insurance scheme, an employer will also be able to match up the deductions. Such health schemes are to the benefit of the the job seeker come employee. The platform will make it easy to access employment and be employed hence leading to you getting such benefits.

Many organizations and individuals deal with job referrals and recruitment. We also have organizations that entirely handle recruitment for other organizations. The Jobseeker Kenya focuses on building a large pool of jobseekers, and giving employers a chance to choose unlike other platforms who focus on job seekers to look for the positions. We also have other organizations that do this, for job seekers, we aim at building a much stronger and updated platform.

Within the family level, I came to believe it is not always that I would be able to provide 100%, so I have set up business for my wife, Mother and an active member in a table banking union led by women
