Poshomill business it can work both in rural and urban areas with a goal of helping both levels of people (standards) . Purchasing a packet of 1 kg of flour recently in my country is more than ksh 100 while converting the 2 kg of maize is ksh 10 bob.

In kenya recently we've gotta rains and maize production is in high rate . The cost of a 2 kg packet of maize which is ranging about ksh 100+ is still a challenge for most of the people in kenya,and some families are large that for them only lunch/supper they might consume around 3 to 4 kg hence very expensive for them to purchase packed flour . But with the poshomill business which converting 1 kg of maize to maize flour it'll cost only ksh 5 bob hence both the poor,middle and the rich can afford this hence advantageous to both types of families and it'll help deal with hunger issues due to the high cost of living which is a challenge in kenya recently. The poshomill business can cost around ksh 200,000 to 500,000 to establish and it's maintenance cost is very cheap and it can work best even in remote areas with no electricity since there are electric and diesel powered machines.

This business is environmental friendly with the recently development of electric powered machines and it also help solve hunger issues due to the fact that most people in the rural areas where we have the high population of people who can't afford to raise the ksh 100+ for the packet of maize flour yet when you have your own maize it'll only cost you ksh 5 bob per kg to convert it into maize flour hence more efficient to both small and large families.

1. Cost effective since converting 1 kg of maize into flour is just ksh 5 bob and a packet of maize flour is ksh 100+. 2. Environmental friendly due to the development of electric powered machines 3. Accessibility poshomill's can be established in both areas whether there's electricity or not since there's also diesel powered machines which also consumption is not that high hence advantageous .

This project can serve both type of people/groups of people we have in kenya since it can be established both in rural and urban areas. The most targeted beneficiaries of this project are the middle and poor groups of people who affording the ksh 100+ for a packet(s) of maize flour for their families to eat is a great challenge.

1. Dad a form two leaver but joined college and pursue electrical course which has been advantageous in managing the business since it reduces the cost of hiring an electrical expert to help in the servicing of the small machines we're running. 2. Mother who's a house wife so she's the one who's working at the poshomill while at home but we've also created employment for one youth in my area who's working with my elderly mother there in running the small business.

This project ensures even the poor in the village put something in the table for both large and small families,poor or middle class. Maize is Kenya's staple food hence cost effective in converting the maize to maize flour which is just ksh 5 that purchasing more than 1 packet of maize flour which costs ksh 100+ per packet. It also creates employment for both educated and non-educated/less educated groups since operating the machines its just a skill which can trained easily.

We've gotta rains and we've gotta also land to grow our own food stuffs example maize,beans etc and with these food stuffs and a poshomill it's easier for both the poor and the middle to sustain their lifestyle since converting all these have been made easier and cheaper which will cost you only ksh 5 to convert maize into flour hence having gotta the maize flour and genetically grown vegetables or legumes one can prepare a very nice and strong meal hence eradicating hunger issues .

The poshomill promotes good healthy since the government has put in regulations such as healthy certification before operating this business hence promotion of good health and well being. The consumer of the commodities also are the ones who support in the promotion of good health since the machines also can grind or process the conversion of maize into flour only if the maize is very clean and only pure maize no any other foreign materials that might cause damage to the machines siever. There's also grade one maize flour which even if the maize have gotta maybe some external chemicals can still be clean with the machine before being taken to the maize to maize flour machine.

In most areas that's rural areas for example in my rural areas these poshomill's are very scarce hence for one to access one he/she has to walk some miles while carrying around 10+ kg on his/her head or shoulder which is very tiresome,hence to help the society in evading such difficulties is to ensure that i establish a number of these businesses in such areas .

The maize meal companies and their supplier's who charge extortion prices to the remote and poor citizens.
