The Dentrav executive project aims to create a premium travel experience by customizing vans, cars and small buses with high-end features like plush leather seats, ambient lighting, power outlets, USB ports,multimedia screens and many more luxurious features as per the market needs. Starting with thorough market research and a detailed business plan, the project will retrofit vehicles for maximum comfort and convenience. Service packages will cater to corporate travel, special events, and leisure trips, with professional chauffeurs ensuring exceptional service. A strategic marketing campaign will promote the brand's luxury, using digital channels, social media, and partnerships with luxury brands and travel agencies. My project majorly targets business men who are in need of corporate travel services and hotel transfers. Its also aimed at servicing families for executive family trips and also hotel transfers. Its not only meant for the above purposes, but also executive hiring for a day's events like team buildings and get togethers for colleagues. It also serves people who want to go to leisure trips and special events.

The main competitors are the cab services, the taxis at the airports, some existing executive transfer companies. What makes my project stand out is the fact that I will offer luxurious seats, unlike the cab services that offer the basic seats. Unlike other executive companies, my project aims to offer services to a wide range of groups majorly being business people travelling for business meetings and family trips. I am also targeting to fit some special equipment in one of the vehicles so as to facilitate people living with disability. The equipment are like wheelchair deployment systems.
