Continuous Football is offers an academy and club experience for footballers in Kenya, where they can be recruited, professionally trained, and offered semi-professional and professional career opportunities in football. Continuous Football seeks to improve the spectator experience by making game ticketing, merchandise acquiring, and stadium experiences as memorable and sociable as possible.

There are two main problem being solved by Continuous Football; one is creating professional careers that could compete on the international level through offering opportunity as well as resources to footballers in Kenya. This negates the need for talented and skilled football players to have to seek opportunity outside of the continent, reducing the occurrence of talent brain drain from the Kenyan economy. Second, Continuous Football works towards improving the spectator experience around attending and supporting Kenyan football. Making games/matches more accessible, ticketing easier, and the acquiring of merchandise smoother.

Continuous Football is to serve four parties both directly and indirectly. Serves the youth of Kenya by offering opportunity and resources to build and grow their semi-professional and professional football careers. Serves citizens of Kenya by giving them sports entertainment and a reason to socialize through supporting sports. Third is the economy, through all the production, manufacture, service, and logistics parties that shall be involved in delivering various product and/or service offered by Continuous Football. Fourth shall be all the brands associated with Continuous Football as a brand, through partnerships and sponsorships brands shall be able to advertise their products and/or services through Continuous Football and reach a variety of newer audiences.

Continuous Football contributes directly by offering job opportunity and career development opportunity to the youth demographic that fits the poverty bracket (earning les than USD 1.25 a day). This project gives jobs to those in poverty either through working as an employee of Continuous Football or as a participating player of the football club. Continuous Football gives access to resources that would benefit towards associated employees having a source of income that would ensure that they are able to provide for themselves and move out and above the poverty line.

Continuous Football promotes innovation in the Kenyan football sector mainly through seeking to solve issues within the sector from a business model lens. Seeking to perform merchandising, marketing, training, and career development in newer innovative ways. This means that all operations in and around what it takes to run a football academy and club would be handled much like a business, where incentive is generated and grown from broadcasting games, selling merchandise and advertising sponsors/partners. Then this incentive (profit) would be channeled back into the academy and club, paying players with professional careers, improving quality of resources used by members and growing operations.

The main competitors of Continuous Football are other privately run football training academies and older league clubs/teams that perform within Kenya. Continuous Football stands out from its competitors by being the first of its kind to be both an academy and club, the first of its kind that would facilitate an ecosystem within the football sector where players may be recruited, trained, their skills developed, and given professional career positions to play within the country; this eliminates the need for many talented players having to seek better career opportunity outside the country (reducing the occurrence of talent brain drain). Continuous Football Academy and Club stands out from its competitors through its brand image, the colours of its player kits, the style of its merchandise, its mission, its vision, its goals.
