This is an investment proposal for asset management company that aims to provide alternative investments across Africa. Main focus of investments is: 1. Renewable energy projects: Construction/revamping power generating plants like hydro power plants, geothermal plants, nuclear plants across African countries 2. private equity 3. Electric train: Connecting residential areas and Central Business District within major capital cities for example Nairobi in Kenya. Our business model is energy driven where we generate and utilise electricity on both ends. Our aim is to solve energy crisis in most African countries for example in DR Congo whose access to electricity is only 20.8%, Uganda 45.2%, South Sudan 7.7%, Tanzania 42.7%, Somalia 49.3% How do we generate revenue: 1. Management fee of 1-2% on each fund allocated 2. Performance fee of between 10-20% on ROI

Our aim is to solve the dual problem of inadequate access to sustainable energy and affordable housing in Africa. The continent faces a significant energy deficit despite its vast renewable energy potential, resulting in limited electricity access and high dependence on non-renewable energy sources. This hinders economic growth and contributes to environmental degradation. Additionally, there is a severe housing shortage in Kenya, with a deficit of 2 million units growing annually by 200,000 units. Our mission is to bridge these gaps by investing in and developing renewable energy projects to provide reliable and sustainable energy solutions, and by creating affordable, quality housing to meet the needs of low/middle-income populations. Through strategic investments and innovative solutions, we aim to enhance living standards, drive economic growth, and promote environmental sustainability across Africa.
