The key issue that has been identified by the Digital Innovation Project and to which it is set out to provide the solution is the insufficiency and theexisting outdated business processes. Common challenges include the use of often paper-based systems, poorly integrated standalone systems, and inadequate analysis or access to real-time data that would enable the organisation to make good decisions quickly. Thirdly, peoples’ reluctance to accept change implies that new technologies are rejected, thus preventing the potential development and progression in those spheres. This project also eliminates such issues through integration of more advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and the Internet of Things which facilitate thautomation of various tasks, improved data analysis and an integrated operating model. Experience: 5 years in the IT field, supervised two complex IT projects, CFA Level 1 Background: He got his MBA from Stanford University and used to work in Google and Microsoft. Partner 2: Skills: They also include software development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and cybersecurity. Experience: Twelve years of experience in software engineering with expertise in creating inhouse AI algorithms, also a researcher in the cybersecurity field.
