Proposal for Borehole Drilling in Gem Rae sub location,Karabok village: Karabok village is a community that has been in darkness for Decades and recently gained access to electricity and for that reason it can be used to drill and pumped water .

Karabok village being a community that has gained electricity recently, However, the community still face water shortage , which can be addressed through the drilling of borehole. This proposal outline some of the benefits of borehole drilling within the said community and the positive impact it will have on the community, for example , it will help members of the community get access to clean water and it will also create job opportunities when It's well managed.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

Talking of the problem , lack of clean water within the community is a very big problem on its own and being a member of the said community I can testify: 1.To eradicate water shortage in our area by providing a sustainable source of clean water through borehole drilling. 2.To utilize the newly available electricity to pump water to household, ensuring access to clean water for all community members 3.To even create employment for the community through the maintenance and operation of the borehole.

Improved access to clean water: Borehole Drilling will provide a reliable source of clean water for the community, reducing the reliance on unreliable water source. 2.Economic development: the creation of employment opportunities through borehole drilling will contribute to the economic development of our village, empowering community members and improving livelihood. 3 Health and sanitation: Access to clean water is essential for maintaining good health and sanitation practices, reducing the risk of waterborne diseases in the community 111

1.Membrs of my community: Being a member of the said community I understand fully what my fellow community members went through due to shortage of clean water for domestic use and if such kind of projects Can be successful then they be the first beneficiary of that project. 2.sourse of self employment:Due to shortage of employment opportunities in Kenya currently , such kind of projects if it can be successful then it can sustain me together with my family , hence no need of going to look for employment

Fresh pond water supply is located in Nakuru Kenya and it's main aim is to ensure residents of that area get access to clean water at their house thats where I always pay a visit to learn on how borehole drilling work and how it went through treatment for human use

My startup contribute to no poverty due to the following reasons : 1: Good health, when we get access to clean water , we will prevent disease like typhoid, cholera among many more hence we will not spend on treatment because prevention is always better than cure .It will create job opportunities within the community and for that reason those who will secure job opportunities within the project will earned something inform of income which they will use to sustain there life

In Response to this , if there's reliable source of water , first it can be used for Agriculture within the community to produce vegetables , Fruits, maize among others and when this one can be successful , people will get farm produce at a favorable prices hence this can reduce hunger

1.Job creation: when we successfully manage to drill borehole it will create employment because we will need the supplies, Drivers which will use water bossier,, those will work at the re-felling station just to mention a few and this will help in cash flow within the community hence help in economic growth.

My project first priority is to ensure that there's enough water within the community and once this one can be achieved by drilling borehole most members of the community will refrain from going to riverd to search for water and this will lead to reduction of River pollution.
