The real estate business projects venture, it deals with reinnovations of old unfinished buildings structures and constructions of new featuristic buildings for rentals purpose. The business venture providing affordable housing for the middle and to the low income earners. The business project creates potential financial statement through passive income for the company development. My real estate project targets creations of job opportunities to people. The project aims at usage of banks financing and as well partners with investors for development. The venture has potential key team members like the lawyer an accountant and banker for its development and protection.

My project venture aimed at serving the vulnerable who can't access to affordable housing and are experiencing shortage of housing all together.(The low and middle income earners. The youthfull generation who lacks and needs job opportunities. The needy people who needs to be build, "foundation" caring facilities and the social amenities. My project venture also aims at people who are looking for homes and houses to live together, and settlement.

My real estate project business venture, was only considered to the male dominated world but of recently it promote female gender who can't even access business bank loans on their own to start and fund their real estate ventures as well empowering women and girls by giving entrepreneurial motivations, coaching on how to grow and nature the business as real estate entrepreneurs. Empowering women and girls and even the female on the benefits of being entrepreneurs which can make them explore more beyond their expectations.

The real estate project is unique and innovative, it will go as per the technology takes changes . It intends to source raw materials locally and make the difference. The buildings will have new artchectural designs and having also other featuristic designs on the structures. It, the ventures will have to walk with archetect in the production of my services. My real estate venture will use on combination technologies for it's development and for it to turn Mega.

My project venture, got other real estates competitors in the market, and building and constructions industries who already existed before. What makes me stand from them is that i does Mega project by employee of new technologies and by providing affordable services to people in the Nations. I stand out from them because am always working hard on providing what the potential customers need and change time by time on whats in the market. I stand out by joining networks with other similar investors.

Joining upcoming female entrepreneurs together by forming potential entrepreneurial groups (registering them).
