My project is about coming up with a hub that gives the youth a platform to showcase their talents and abilities. I want to build an innovation studio where the youth will be given a platform to work together, learn and produce best and valuable products.

My project is about coming with a business that helps people make their interior living and offices look more beautiful. The Project is about creating an innovative hub where all the creatives meet and grow their talent. I want to redesign my space to an interior design company. And work with the youths from my community who are interested to make an impact in the world. My project will provide a platform for bringing in employees who are highly skilled and work together to give interior design solutions The project is about giving the youth a platform to showcase and discover their God given abilities. It will be more of creative studio Therefore the project aims to make peoples lives more comfortable in there area of living and their places of work through adding value to their interior spaces using innovative techniques and the latest design products in the market. The project aims to use the right power tools to increase the efficiency and speed of work.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The main problem am trying to solve is unemployment. Their is a high rate of unemployment in my country, Kenya and more so from my neighbourhood. Most of the unemployed youths have finished school but are yet to find good jobs. Some because of the fear of starting their own business or lack of a business idea resort in idling at their homes or in their neighborhoods . But majority of them are willing to be taught in this field of interior design. They want something to keep them active and something that can sustain them. In this project they can learn how to paint, how to make beautiful furnitures using the local materials. How to design interior spaces. This project aims at empowering the youth. I have a lot of friends who keep coming to me to help them get a decent job that they can earn from. Some are desperate. My project will empower the youth in my community, i have worked with some and trained some and they have the determination to change their lives.

1. Enhances creativity and innovation. My project will benefit the recipient with a beautiful platform that they can use to be creative. The project will offer services that target to empower the recipient. For eaxample, the project will be creating office funitures and partitions that will help the owner grow their business, attract new clients and more so to add value. 2. The project will benefit the youths with skills that can be monetized. To the college going students they will be earning something to pay some of the bills. To the ones who have finished school. They will be given a platform where they can harness their creativity using the available local resourses. They will learn how to make furnitures easily and make rooms look more appealing. 3. The project aims at improving peoples lives by adding quality value to their interior spaces. When one is satisfied with their space, they become more productive which in turn improves their livelihoods.

The project targets business people the big and the medium sized enterprises that are trying to find their way in the global market. Many small businesses are closing down due to lack of adding value to their places of work. They have great ideas but people tend to judge things through how they appear. If you dont invest in a good looking place u tend to lose clients to your competitors. 2. The youth. The project targets to absorb the youth with an interest of impacting the community through innovative designs. It aims at empowering them financially, academically and socially. 3. Home and Property owners. One key thing to do to ensure your properties are modern is to keep adding value to it using the modern techniques and materials. Adding value to your interior spaces increases the overall value of your property. 4. The government. The project aims at ensuring it pays the taxes inorder to join hands with the goverment to increase developments in the country and in my community.

Partner 1. Camilla, a lady. She is a proffessional in interior designer. She uses computer software to make elegant 3D and 2D images. She has a speciality in kitchen designs and living room. She is skilled to run her own. She has 2 years of experience in this field. 2. Christine Kivuva Christine has specialized in dealing with paints. I have worked with her and she helped me a lot when i started learning to apply paints 4 years ago. She is a dealer in paints and she has always given me good discounts that helped me save a lot. 3. Mercy Mercy is a dealer in mdf boards and wallpanels. She has skills in ensuring one gets quality materials for projects, she operates in Gikomba market, she sells various types of wallpanes and other accessories. 4. Moses Moses is an interior designer, he has a speciality in gypsum, kitchen fittings and wardrobes. He has 10 years experience in this field. 5. Paul Kuria He is good in real estate. I have incorporated my interior company to his.

My project contributes to the no poverty goal 100%. It is aimed at bringing the youth on board. Most youth want to work with me in this project, the project has many areas that one can specialize in. They will be equipped with the necessary skills and tools inorder they can bring out their creativity and innovative nature. The project will help all the youths tree that want to build themselves but lack a platform to do so. I have a working space where some can be working while other are on site. The project is aimed at coming up with innovative interior design products and offering interior design services that are upto date. All the youths that i know, they all want someone with an idea that can help them improve their lives. The project will help them earn a living and if one is committed they will end the povert cycle. Their is high rate of unemployment in my country making most youth poor, but with small support we can eradicate poverty.

My project wii entail that all the employees are well compensated for their service. This will help them earn enough inorder to end their hunger. The project will be providing meals and a tea break. This is to ensure that everyone is full. My project will aim at improving food nutrition for the employees. This is by serving them with the most nutrient foods.

The startup goal is to ensure that one day it will be able to be producing its own mdf boards particle boards. The waste if recycled to build other boards can be a game changer. This can help the project save a lot on production. It increase profit with great margine. The project aims at using the local meterial responsibly and minimize on waste as much as possible. The goal of the project is also to be able to be producing some products that will be used in the projects. The goal is to ensure that every material is put into good use and the one that will be waste it can be recycled. This can help save on the cost of production too.

My project is unique and innovative because it combines art with traditional ways of building spaces. The project uses platforms like Pinterest to borrow creative ideas. I look at an idea from this app and bring unique design. The project borrows ideas, work on them and bring out innovative product from that idea.

05.09 Qui sont vos principaux potentiels concurrents et qu'est-ce qui vous différencie d'eux ?

My main competitors are the dealers that deal with the kind of material that i will be using in my projects. The local ones sell their products at exaggerated prices. The other main competitors are the builders who flock the market. They are used to traditional designs. But my project comes to give modern interior solutions. The thing that will make it stand out is the creativity. The project will invest on coming with the latest designs using the modern technological material. There are products that my projects targets to use and these are the things that will be a game changer in my region. There are methods of doing interior works that are of high value.
