My project aims at aspiring young people to the industry of food and beverage distribution. The aim for the project is to employ, empower and uplift skills to the youth of South Africa.

The aim of the project is to create employment to youth especially those at small towns. Most of young people, precisely from disadvantageous towns or places lack knowledge and experience. This project will help young people to enhance their skills and develop experience for a better future. This project will serve as a key to have an experience and skills on the food and beverage industry. It will accommodate all races, regardless of being disabled or not. This is an innovative business. Since it will be youth led company, this will encourage young people, precisely, to believe in their selves that it can also happen to them as well. Young people in South Africa lack skills, knowledge and courage, some of them, this project will enhance their skills, courage and knowledge etc, to believe in their selves and encourage them to do better for their communities, and contribute to the economy (locally and nationally). This project will be one of those highly managed, highly recommended.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The main problem that I am trying to solve is youth unemployment, development of skills, knowledge and experience. This project can reduce employment by 0.5% to 1.5%. There will be job creation to the young people. They will have a good income which they can also contribute to their families. As time goes on, and the business grows, it will be more important to the community. I believe this project can challenge the elite businesses. This project will also offer scholarships and bursaries to the youth in order for them to pursue their studies in tertiary institutions more especially in the hospitality sector. The project aims at providing essential support to the surrounding communities and the economy. The struggle against employment opportunities for young people is growing day by day in South Africa, the project aims improving employment in the private sector of the country, since our country mostly relies on the private sector for employment. The major benefits of this service is show the world that South African youth led companies have what it takes to make things happen when joining forces. Our African continent is stroke by devastating hunger, famine. This project will also work with other companies to challenge these challenges that are facing our beloved, beautiful continent of Africa. “It takes a village to make a difference”, these words align with our ambition to help our young people to embark on this industry of food and beverage. It will be advantageous to young people because they will benefit the most from this project. It will take their minds off to something useful for the country and our continent. Young people need this project so that it will make a difference to them. Not all of them will benefit but as time goes on, branches will be situated in different zones so that more opportunities will be created, skills will be developed and knowledge will be gained throughout the process.

My project's importance is that it will be a broad based company. Our targets are South African people including Africans, Whites, Asians, coloureds etc. This aim is to unite our people more especially during big soccer tournaments (South African Premier League, TotalEnergies AFCON etc), rugby tournaments(rugby world cup, Currie cup etc), hockey tournaments. Our beautiful rainbow nation looks more beautiful when united and one. We will serve different cuisines in order to make this project successful. Our priority, precisely target beneficiaries, are different races.

My partner, as a woman, also has an ambition for our communities same as me. She aims at learning about this industry, to gain experience and enhance her skills as well. Since this is a multi racial company, my partner is from the coloured race, this will help to discover more and learn about our cuisines in South Africa as a whole.

We strive to fight against poverty. Many people sleep in an empty stomach including toddlers. Our goal is to fight against poverty, reduce the percentage of poverty in our communities and a country as a whole in different spheres.

Since it's food and beverage establishment, this will contribute mostly to fight against hunger and to end it. We aim distributing food parcels, as time goes on, to the unprivileged communities. We will work closely with the government and different businesses.

Our project will be on high alert on such matters, by having people who will always tell us how we consume and produce. This means that water and electricity will be consumptive in a good manner by all means necessary. Our production will be available at all times, during offshore and onshore, during loading shedding and not, we aim to serve our clients.

Around our establishment, there will tress that are planted as wind breakers. We will be committed at combating desertification because we need trees in our communities for different purposes. We will promote tree plantation on schools and so forth.

Our project is unique because it will be youth led establishment and it will participating at reducing youth unemployment rate in our communities and South Africa as a whole. We will be bringing modernised style of cooking and serving clients.

Big franchise companies like McDonald, Spurs, Nandos etc. These franchises only focus on western food mostly, while our establishment will be focusing on most-loved African cuisines.
