We are targeting young professionals and urban dwellers living in small apartments and cooking enthusiasts looking for innovative kitchen solutions. Families living in informal settlements without any built-in kitchen and access to one power supply or no access to power at all! Businesses interested in a portable kitchen solution, especially targeting event organizers, caterers and event planners, looking for efficient and compact cooking stations with customizable high quality options to match their business branding.

Iyahamba is an improved version of mobile islands. It's movable furniture that acts as an appliance, with a retractable serving table. You can move it and connect to an electrical wall socket, you can plug it into an invertor or UPS. It also comes with a gas hob, all you need to simply do is connect a gas cylinder and you're ready to cook. A lot of homes struggle with power outages and this provides a simple cooking and power solution. Informal housing does not come with a built-in kitchen and wall plugs conveniently. Dizain pronounced specializes in cabinetry and we have discovered the need for a mobile island to be multifunctional and not just a piece of beautiful furniture.

My main competitors are carpenters and other cabinetry specialists. We not only offer affordable bespoke design; standard and custom but we offer a turnkey solution. Usually once an island is manufactured, the customer would have to find an electrician and gas specialists to install plugs or a stove and it is usually built in and not movable. We on the other hand the island is completely plug and play like a kettle.
