Founded by Nthati, an architect turned creative marketing strategist, Bossplus1 has grown from a personal solution into a thriving business serving thousands of women across the SADC region. Mission Statement Bosspus1 is dedicated to enhancing the productivity and organization of modern business owners as well as career driven individuals through meticulously crafted and beautifully designed planners and stationery. Product offering Bossplus1’s product line includes weekly and daily planners, journals, various stationery items, and organizing tools. Nthati, is an architect by profession but turned creative marketing strategist. She started Bossplus1 6 years ago at the peak of her postpartum depression. She had just given birth and was losing her business which was thriving at the time. her brain just couldn’t get into productive mode. She then created a template for herself to stay organized and get her life back in order. Her friend saw it and suggested that it would be a great tool for other moms, and now 6 -years later we have sold thousands of planners to women across the SADC. Her experience spans over 12 years in industries such as the direct sales, creative and marketing industry. She is a creative thinker who applies strategy and can simplify ideas to see them through. She is currently working as the group Marketing head of Africa’s largest architectural firm, overseeing marketing initiatives across 5 offices on the continent. She is passionate about getting things done, planning and being creative.
