This funding will assit me in purchasing all the equipment I need for my mobile kitchen. It will also assist me with purchasing enough stock to start off with no worry about not having enough stock and equipment. The funding will also help with the day to day operating capital. The good thing is that I have already purchased a new trailor from my savings. The funding will assist with branding and equiping the mobile kitchen to attract customers. It will also assist with marketing, to reach a bigger audience.

The problem I am trying to solve is that there are a lot of talented individuals in my community, and they do not have a platform to showcase their talent and skills. The Food Truck & Urban Market will allow these individuals to earn a living from their talents and skills. Specifically speaking, the Urban Market will have people showcasing their culinary skills, painting and artwork, clothing designs mixology skills, circus entertainment and many more. The Food Truck and Urban Market will have child minders that will take care of the little ones while the rest of that family enjoys good food, music and entertainment all round. The Food Truck and Urban Market will create jobs for these skilled individuals, and this will help to reduce unemployment in my community.

The major benefits are that it is a one stop go to shop. You will not need to travel to get different experiences at different locations. We have everything you need in one place. Child minding and peace of mind No need to go home and cook

This project is aimed at serving the general public. My community has a balance of all ages, religions and races. The main targeted beneficiaries are for the family that enjoys spending time in the outdoors away from home. This project will have everything to entertain a normal suburban family from the elderly to the young toddlers in the family. This will attract people that will come from different suburbs and locations to support and be entertained.

My project will promote healthy living by means of selling healthy foods and promoting healthy environment for all ages. My project will be a non smoking zone and 60% of the packaging will be bio degradable.

My project will contribute to economic growth by creating jobs. This jobs will allow people in my region to have sustaintainable work. These jobs will require people with the necesary skills to excell at what they are doing. This will also create part time jobs to students and young adults that just finished grade 12 and are looking for a gap year to decide what they want to do in the future. For the ones that do are not skilled, training will be provided for them to complete thier tasks.

My main competetors are resturants. What makes me stand out from them is my location. I will be strategically located at a place where there is little to no competitors. I have conducted a survey to find out what the public at my chosen location will be looking for and will cater to their specifications.
