Project Overview A plan that outlines the vision of establishing turkey berry as a global product in the form of tea bag and curry or spices. It looks at the large scale production of the berries, its processing into tea and curry which makes the already globally accepted fruit even more attractive to consumers as they enjoy its unchanged health benefits and natural goodness. It also creates economic opportunity at every point of the value and distribution chain for all those involved. Confirm Foods Ltd stands at the threshold of a significant expansion that promises to not only enhance operational capacity but also create a positive socio-economic impact. Join us in this venture where profitability converges with community empowerment and sustainable agriculture. This venture is not just an investment in Confirm foods Ltd but rather an investment in sustainable agriculture , not a numerical expansion but employment opportunity for the local community.
01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?
The main problem our products and services seeks to solve involves , financial issues. in most hospitals, prices of blood tonic is on the rise and most patients finds it difficult to buy, our product either the Tea or Curry (spices) which is produced from turkey berry which lots of iron is very affordable hence reduce the financial burden on patients. Lack of blood in the blood bank; there is an alarming shortage in most hospitals which is causing child/mother mortality rate go higher, again , the introduction of the berry products and has reduced that incident drastically. most women who are most vulnerable can now get our products at their convenience Easy access; instead of the people to occasionally go into bushes and forest in search for the wild berries, we have made easy for them to access , in the form of Spices and Tea bags

Confirm foods has employed a lots of the youth and more of them are women. one of our core objectives is to be a part to achieve the SDGs’ 12 women employed directly, 5 direct males who are youths and 7 indirectly employed. we currently signed an oftaker contract with DAVEROY AGENCY who is a supplyer to MELCOM, CHINA MALL and also runs market promos as well. this means 107 employmet will be created directly, thus the 100 MELCOMs and 7 CHINA MALLs across the country. 20 more indirect jobs will be created through DAVEROY AGENCY market storm (promos) . The spice & tea market has evolved dramatically in the past few years in line with consumers’ changing behaviour. Today, tea drinkers are more interested in high-quality products with a great story and drinks that give them specific health benefits, which has driven demand for healthy green, functional botanical tea and herbal blends and natural herbs & vegetables for spices like we have with CONFIRM FOODS, Thus the TURKEY BERRY PRODUCTS

our products stems from foods and beverages, enhancing green life. our target beneficiaries includes, pregnant women, teenagers , hospitals, schools, restaurants, malls , the traditional markets, cooperate body's, fast food joints The forecast e to expect the individuals to consume a pack of the tea once every months. A household of not less than 5 could consume 4 pack every month whiles a household of less than 5 may consume 5 pack of turkey berry tea every 2 months. Whilst for the curry becomes the main ingredients for food preparation in every home.

His experience with all the stages of product evolvement has earn him the flir to be able to penetrate the Berry products with ease . Also his skills in customer relations and human behavior with zeal and dedication to work creates for him a vas space to trade .

Business impact the concept and the structures that makes confirm foods limited a blessing stems the fact that its out-grower model which enables every one from eighteen years and above and more the youth and women, thus the age from eighteen to thirty five has the same opportunity to be part of the out-grower model system. its has no discrimination against any gender, be it a male or female , all are expected to at least have two acres and above to able to qualify for this venture. confirm foods limited also does not buy from women differently and a male differently in terms of price, all the raw material which is the turkey berry is to be bought at same price hence promoting gender equality. in as much as there are different languages and tribes in Ghana, there is no such bias in dealing with any tribe as far as dealing with the out-growers are concern in the various regions

Turkey berries belongs to the shrub family which has lost of great significant s to the soil , climate for that matter. this includes, 1. environmental benefits, shrubs improves air quality by filtering dust and pollutants 2.they also reduce erosion thus by reducing storm water runoff and reducing toxic materials from the water ways 3. food and shelter. shrubs especially turkey berries serve as food to the entire and yet serves as shelter for birds, it also gives a very beautiful climate view to the environment . turkey berry as a shrub last for about five to eight years thereby promoting a good afforestation
