STEM Inclusion Ghana is a foundation which seeks to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics(STEM) education in Ghana and address the urgent need of creating a robust inventory of innovative STEM teaching enhancements and digital content, interactive learning activities, and real-world opportunities and events which are readily accessible to all students and educators (both in and out of school). We give equal STEM education to all students – regardless of their gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic background to create an array of tools and resources to educators, parents, and the community at large to build confidence and competence in STEM skills both inside and outside the classroom, in order to meet this growing demand for STEM literacy among an increasingly diverse population and bridge the gap in the area of STEM.

Employment in science, technology, engineering and math occupations has grown much faster than job growth in general. Since 1990, STEM employment has grown 79%. In many cases students experience Science, Technology and engineering only on the board for examinational purposes that is students memorize and write exams only to pass. This has been a major issue with the educational system in Ghana from basic schools through to our universities which has left a very big gap between academia and the industry. Whereas here in Ghana there are Low levels of achievement on standardized testing nationally contribute to low numbers of students feeling confident in STEM. The problem is heightened amongst girls and low income students. Base on this STEMINC came about as a project that seeks to make STEM education more fun and attractive to all students in Ghana.

Key Advantages or Benefits of STEM Inclusion Ghana to our participants are below: • They will become problem solvers. • Train girls and youth to become critical thinkers • To bring out creativity among students • Our participants are being impacted with 21st-century skills • To contribute towards the country's effort to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4 and 9

Schools: This include public and private schools, particularly those in under-resourced areas. . Community Organizations: churches, other NGOs focused on education or STEM initiatives could all be potential targets. Individuals: individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have an interest in STEM but lack resources or opportunities.

Created and managed programs that encourage young people to study STEM subjects. These programs are designed to address the specific challenges they face. Have led a team of professionals and volunteers, creating a supportive and creative environment. My leadership ensures the team is motivated and ready to provide quality STEM education. our service are not new but we are building up and focusing on national and global impact

YES I was part of Organizing Team for Events: Host workshops and events that focuses on empowering women in IT business. called Females in TECH I organized GetHer in digital Summit which i brought Mentors to empower young girls. I mentor basic schools girls during girls in ICT initiative organized by ministry of communication and digitalization
