The project idea involves producing fortified flour made from a blend of sorghum, sesame seeds and fish known as Bonya. This is a type of flour made from sorghum that have been fortified with sesame seed and fish. Sesame seeds and fish are often added to enhance the nutritional profile and flavor of flour. The fortification process typically involves the adding essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats to flour in order to increase its nutritional value. The aim of the product is to address nutrition deficiencies, promote sustainability food production and healthier eating habits that contribute well- being of consumer while also offering economic opportunities for farmers and suppliers of the raw materials. The target population beneficiaries are young children, pregnant women, lactating mother and adolescents
