My company is an IT solution company dealing with tech support and graphic design

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

When I was doing my IT software development course at Mangosuthu university of Technology I somehow felt in love with tech support. Helping people with their broken devices made me happy and more interested in tech support and there’s no feeling that can beat the feeling of solving a problem. My goal now is offer more IT services like software development,Graphic design Network configuration and sales

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem at hand Gongonet is solving is broken devices for students, teachers companies and individuals who have broken devices. from computers to smartphones, the aim is to give solution to the broken devices so that they won’t add to the pollution that is killing our word and also be on the side of green computing

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

You don’t have to throw away your device when it’s broken and pollute our wonderful land because we are here to fix it. There parts that are replaced are safely stored for recycling

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Our services were first targeting university students with broken devices since some of them were unfamiliar with the CBD and find it very difficult to take their devices to the technicians at the CBD. With referrals and compliments on our services we are now also aiming school and big companies to offer our tech support

The owner of the company is an IT undergraduate at Mangosuthu university of Technology who took the Software development. The owner took part in a program for new venture creations where he was found competent and graduated. He also took part in an online program where he was taught on ip configuration and subnet masking

My startup goal is to grow in way that i create job opportunities, Teach adults and you children to be computer literate as we can see that world is evolving in a Tech direction and also fund students who wis to pursue their careers even if the career doesn’t align with my company

The reason for starting a business is because you saw a gap you can fill or feel confident that you can do better than the existing companies or offer services in much better way than existing companies

Other tech support that are around my working area, my services are offered differently than other technicians. I do mobile work I don’t send to pick up or deliver and I also share information as I’m fixing to give client better understanding on what wrong

Yes I usually advice female that are unemployed that starting a business with no capital is possible if you have a skill that you are certain that it can give you an income. Instead of waiting to get employed why don’t you employ yourself with the skill you have and offer services to the audience that seeks services you worth rendering
