An approach to learning and development that integrates the areas of Science ,Technology,Engineering,Arts and Mathematics . Through STEAM community or students develop key skills including problem solving,Innovation and critical thinking. through the model we capacitate communities from rural settlements to improve their participation in the local economic transformation of their communities . There is a lack of information regarding newer types of opportunities and job roles that STEAM presented. ICT (information Communication Technology) courses and Arts Literature programs and the Science and Maths tutoring is our core business as we are a skills development service providers.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

we are trying to solve the skills gap in the education system and the post matric dilemma and illiteracy .The STEAM subjects teach students how to think critically and how to solve problems — skills that can be used throughout life to help them get through tough times and take advantage of opportunities whenever they appear. We also provide access to information hubs access to computer labs and access to creative spaces. Most importantly this business model takes of the kids of the streets.

yes we run a program called SHE Means Business . we are currently enrolling youth on the new venture program by cisco and skills for all and mostly are females who will be attending the program
