EazyAds offers Outdoor Mobility Advertising solutions to business and brands.
01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
EazyAds is a Mobility advertising startup. Through our platform we convert qualifying rideshare vehicles (Uber, Bolt etc) into sleek dynamic moving billboards. Drivers (Micro Entrepreneurs in their own right) download our FREE driver app from Playstores, and register a profile and their vehicle, to be eligible for branded ad campaigns. Each driver does a qualifying round, through the app, which tracks their driving behaviour, where they drive geographically and accompanying metrics, Qualifying drivers with their vehicles are then matched up to a advertisers (business or brand) that wants to advertise in those areas. The drivers earn from each campaign, per kilometre that they travel with the advertisement. Brands and Business then have access to a detailed ad tech analytics dashboard, where they can view their ad campaign performance in real time, providing key metrics such as geographic reach, heatmaps, and data visualization like never before.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
EazyAds provides value on both sides. By leveraging the gig economy drivers, to earn additional income through ad campaigns, but to also provide advertisers with a fresh new and innovative means to reach their target audience, on the move. This medium is also backed up by a independent study done by Nielsen, stating that this type of ad medium has one of the highest memorability and recall rates, within the OOH (Outdoor Advertising Industry) Unlike traditional stationary billboards, we take the brands message head on to their target audience, and we also have no geographical boundaries or limitations such as traditional outdoor mediums.

- There is a great CSI component, where ad spend directly affects gig economy workers, where we have the opportunity to increase their nett earnings by 20% - We provide measurability through our ad tech dashboard, for each of our campaigns launched providing more accountability to actual ad spend, where traditionally outdoor advertising such as billboards has been near impossible to measure, - the advertising arena is saturated, and our platform has proven to break through the clutter and give brands and small businesses a method to reach their ideal target audience, in a fresh and truly engaging way.

The target beneficiaries, is really two branches namely - The qualifying drivers, that directly earn from the campaigns, boosting their earnings on a monthly basis - Businesses. (small as well) and corporate brands that make use of our platform to reach their ideal audience and dominate In the outdoor advertising arena.

Yes, our platform has a great CSI component where drivers earn additional income, for driving their normal routes. Many more drivers have signed up to our platform to increase their earnings. Drivers earn between R3000 - R12,000 per campaign.

Yes. For every campaign vehicle that is launched through our platform, we plant a tree, through an NGO, to help offset carbon emissions. EG a 50 vehicle campaign, we plant 50 trees.

Yes, our platform provides ad services that is not available from other providers, a specific feature called swarm does what no other medium can do, where we takeover any event or specific location, which no other ad medium can do.
06.09 Competitive Analysis
Billboards Companies Pole Ads Trailer Advertising, Current Traditional Transit advertising (Bus and Taxi) The issue with these is that there hasn't really been much innovation from them. Their grogaprhical reach is limited with being stationary, and with taxi and bus advertising, as with Billboards, there is no real measurement mechanism in place for accountability and transparency.
