South Africa's Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG), South Africa's largest non-profit mental health organization's Toll Free Line receives +- 3000 calls per day. 2. 30% of South Africans will experience a mental health problem during their lifetime 3. 23 South Africans will commit suicide today 4. In South Africa, millions lack access to affordable mental health services. Stigma, cost, and scarcity of resources leave a significant gap in care.
