Unlimited luxuries logistics is here to offer to delivery service for small, medium and large businesses which are located in the Kingdom of Eswatini purchasing their selling goods or products from suppliers from South Africa.Such a service is also open to small, medium and large businesses located in South Africa looking or having customers in the Kingdom of Eswatini and are struggling to get their products or goods delivered in the Kingdom of Eswatini. This is to enable the trade between the two countries to move smoothly and also not only accommodate big businesses to trade in different countries but to also give small businesses a chance to trade internationally while having an affordable and trustworthy deliver service hence we as unlimited luxuries logistics are offering such a service to allow small and medium businesses to not only be limited locally with selling their products or goods but to also internationally sell their goods or products.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem we are trying to solve is to allow small and medium businesses to trade with other countries in Africa because most small and medium businesses are local and do not get the chance to sell their products or goods internationally and when asked why this is so, most small business and medium business owners point out the fact that they do not have an affordable delivery service to move their goods or products from one African country to the next. Most business owners point out the fact that the well known delivery companies are too expensive for them as most of them are either just starting or are still at an early stage of doing business. This is a problem that we are solving for business owners or individuals who are interested in our service.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

The service we are offering is giving convience to business owners as they do not need to deliver their goods or products themselves to customers in a different country. The service is allowing small businesses, medium and large businesses to expand their sales and growth by offering their selling goods or products to another African country. The service we are offering is also bringing different African countries to work together in terms of trade, for example there are products Swaziland is gaining from South Africa and there are products South Africa is gaining from Swaziland. The service we are offering is also allowing more people to start businesses as the biggest problem has been solved, therefore, more people are encouraged to enter the selling space.

Our service aims to serve people who are running businesses in South Africa and in the Kingdom of Eswatini, this is people who are running small, medium and large businesses in South Africa and in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Individuals who also enjoy shopping in South Africa while in the Kingdom of Eswatini are welcome to use our services provided they are willing to pay full price indicated by the company.

06.08 Justification for my startup

There are a very few delivery companies around Africa while there are various businesses and most of them are operating locally and so it makes us unique that we are giving a way for business owners to consider expanding their businesses to other African countries. What also makes us a unique is the fact that we will be first to be doing this for small businesses, most delivery companies cater for big businesses and always leave out small businesses,

Our main competitor is FEDEX as it also does deliveries from South Africa to Swaziland however what makes us stand out is that they mostly cater for big businesses who can afford and most small businesses owners are looking for affordability which is what we are offering and FEDEX is not offering.
