The Xclusiv Group is a team of talented technopreneurs with solutions to both digital and analogous business challenges. We are a technology and business solutions provider that provides professional services and consultancy for individuals, private and public businesses in various sectors, including artificial intelligence, innovation, automation, media, ICT and management for clients to achieve their goals. We are passionate technopreneurs committed to empowering African businesses through innovative technology solutions. Our AI bots (e.g., LwaziGPT and SisDollyGPT) and other solutions like education in augmented intelligence and mobile payments consultancy help businesses streamline operations, reach new customers, and improve efficiency. We also offer cybersecurity and financial literacy programmes through a third party partner.

Many African SMMEs struggle to leverage technology effectively due to limited access, resources, and digital expertise. This hinders their ability to compete, innovate, and grow. We aim to bridge this gap by providing accessible and affordable technology solutions tailored and identifying to the needs of businesses by empowering business to streamline operations, reach new customers, and improve efficiency in the digital age.

1. We bridge the digital gap with affordable and accessible technology solutions (Augmented Intelligence, mobile payments consultancy) to help businesses enter and compete in the digital age, improve efficiency, and reach new customers. 2. We empower businesses and individuals through educational programs that tackle challenges like cybersecurity and financial literacy for a safer, more knowledgeable and productive workforce. This also helps produce Human Firewalls in an age where this skill is critical. 3. Xclusiv Group distinguishes itself by offering a holistic suite of services that empower businesses and individuals with an African and township twist. Our focus on financial literacy, AI solutions for information access, and culturally sensitive design sets us apart from competitors offering narrower solutions. We look at Augmented Intelligence and cybersecurity with an African lens.

11.05 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

Yes, we support all businesses that are female owned even providing advise and services "at costs" or minimal costs to such businesses. Out of the two directors of the company, the female director was intentionally given 51% so that she is a major shareholder in order to support Woman Owned Businesses. We are working towards positions within the Xclusiv Group that are highlighted for women.
