A startup group with more than 10 bankable trademarks.The projects/subsidiaries are as follows:- 1.Mmila Senoamadi Village Estate(MSVE) MSVE is a proposed strip mall at Witpoort,Lephalale, Limpopo Province to be anchored by Village Grocer-VG(Reg nr 2022/771649/07),FNB/Home affairs Bank branch and Spinach King Franchisee among others. 2.Proposed Mokgehle Petroport(MP) MP has positioned its self Tobe the 1st 24 hour refuelling /charging and refreshing petroport in the village as favourible institutional voids warrant that. 3.Proposed CR 2030 International airport (Current Lephalale Airport) AFCTA has given an offtake to Abuja Treaty and Single African Air Transport Market.Village Airlines gives an offtake to CR 2030 construction. Proposed CR 2030 International airport-an unsolicited expression of interest has been submitted to convert Lephalale Airport to international airport to relevant authorities and scouting of funds has started with International Finance Corporation (IFC)

This is bringing of economic opportunities to the entire community of Lephalale and through Lephalale Growth and Development Agency(LGDA)-Community development is our core business (registered trademark) we aim to give all community members a shareholding in the Mmila Senoamadi Group.The planned minimum contribution of R500.00 by 20000 residents will yield R10million which will be significant in attracting multiple funding from diverse investors to fast track economic development.The buy in from community will go a long way in achieving spatial justice and economic emancipation.This opportunity provides inclusive growth giving ordinary residents opportunity to become shareholders enabling those who cannot get salary an opportunity to get dividends.

The WFSPU is part of Waterberg District Development Model launched by Honourable President Ramaphosa in Lephalale in 2019. We have equally submitted unsolicited expression of interest to relevant authorities for conversation of underutilized Lephalale Military Airport (Proposed CR 2030 International Airport) in to international Airport and have also started to scout funds through International Finance Corporation (IFC) for construction of the airport.This will provide many work opportunities and make the Abutja Treaty and Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM) a reality

06.08 Justification for my startup
This is an inclusive project by ordinary people positioned to involve the entire Lephalale community through Lephalale Growth and Development Agency.The investment required is estimated to exceed ten billion rands thus to develop CR 2030 International Airport,Mmila Senoamadi Village Estate -strip mall and Mokgehle Petroport..This is achievable through joint funding and we have already started the process
06.09 Competitive Analysis
It is broken down in three categories 1.CR 2030 International Airport-Kutua Mahalia It competes against OR Tambo,King Shaka and Capetown airports They are not true competitors as they are highly congested in terms of slots and frequencies.CR 2030 is 300 to 1000 kilometres away and this will provide a good alternative and ease the skies.The Abuja Treaty,SAATM,AFTCA warrants it to fill up institutional voids . Mokgehle Petroport Its top 3 competitors in it's radius is Mapula Filling station,Abbotsbort and Phahladira filling station.They are actually underdogs as it will be like comparing spaza shop/general dealer with hypermarket.MP will provide the whole experience if refuelling, recharge,refresh-a true Petroport experience in the village. Mmila Senoamadi Village Estate (the road to spatial justice and economic emancipation)-the strip mall Top 3 competitors are Lephalale mall, Lephalale crossing and Phahladira mall.They are situated 40 to 60 kilometres away from MSVE.
