This project aim to extract oil from avocados and palm to create a heart-healthy margarine. Being rich in mono unsaturated fats, avocado oil supports cardiovascular health by offering an alternative that addresses a rising margarine health concerns.

Margarine a food product is composed of approximately 80% plant or animal oils and 20% water, with added salt, flavoring agents, emulsifiers, antioxidants, preservatives, and vitamins. Avocado oil, renowned for its heart-healthy mono unsaturated fats, vitamins, and antioxidants, supports cardiovascular wellness by reducing harmful cholesterol levels. This exceptional blend of avocado and palm oils promises superior taste and unmatched nutritional benefits. Using state-of-the-art extraction methods, we ensure maximum yield and purity, preserving the oils' natural goodness. The project addresses the growing global health crisis of cardiovascular diseases by creating a nutritious margarine from a blend of avocado and palm oils. Cardiovascular diseases are a leading cause of death worldwide, often linked to poor diet and high consumption of unhealthy fats. Avocado oil, rich in heart-healthy mono unsaturated fats, vitamins, and antioxidants, can help reduce bad cholesterol levels and support heart health. However, healthy oils are often expensive and inaccessible to many. By combining avocado oil's health benefits with the economic viability of palm oil, we aim to produce an affordable, heart-friendly margarine accessible to a broader population. Additionally, our project supports sustainable agriculture and local economies by sourcing avocados and palm fruit from farmers globally. These individuals, aware of the rising risks of cardiovascular diseases, will benefit from our margarine's blend of avocado and palm oils, which provides essential monounsaturated fats, vitamins, and antioxidants. Additionally, our project aims to benefit lower-income populations by making healthy dietary choices more affordable and accessible. By combining the economic viability of palm oil with the nutritional benefits of avocado oil, we can produce a cost-effective margarine that supports heart health without breaking the bank. Farmers globally, particularly those in developing regions, are another key group of beneficiaries.
