Margarine a food product is composed of approximately 80% plant or animal oils and 20% water, with added salt, flavoring agents, emulsifiers, antioxidants, preservatives, and vitamins. Avocado oil, renowned for its heart-healthy mono unsaturated fats, vitamins, and antioxidants, supports cardiovascular wellness by reducing harmful cholesterol levels. This exceptional blend of avocado and palm oils promises superior taste and unmatched nutritional benefits. Using state-of-the-art extraction methods, we ensure maximum yield and purity, preserving the oils' natural goodness. The project addresses the growing global health crisis of cardiovascular diseases by creating a nutritious margarine from a blend of avocado and palm oils. Avocado oil, rich in heart-healthy mono unsaturated fats, vitamins, and antioxidants, can help reduce bad cholesterol levels and support heart health.
