Alphase enterprises is a Honda motorcycle spare parts and service point. We aim to provide genuine spare parts of high quality yet affordable and servicing to the local community riders in Malindi ensuring proper maintenance and repairs for their bikes

Alphase enterprise is a Honda motorcycle spare parts and service point that started an year ago as at 1st June 2024. We provide high quality spare parts from Honda motorcycle Kenya and offer excellent customer service to all Honda riders in Malindi ensuring safety and reliability as they perform their day to day business at low cost

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Honda motorcycle riders in Malindi face a lot of challenges in such as not finding the genuine spare parts for their bikes when they need them. By having a service point in Malindi we are solving the problem by offering the high quality yet low cost spare parts to the customers making it easier for them to find and buy the parts they need to keep their motorcycles running smoothly and efficiently. Another problem we are trying to solve as a business is unemployment. Most of the locals totally depend on the tourism sector to earn a living. Motorcycles have provided another source of income through the boda boda business among the riders we service and maintain their bikes of transporting tourists from one place to another instead of hanging out along the beaches doing drugs. We have offered employment to the technicians who are the community locals of Malindi

The owner of Alphase enterprise is a female aged 28 years old who pursued a bachelors degree in procurement and contract management. Having pursued a bachelors degree in procurement I have excellent skills in inventory management, analytical skills and excellent accounting. Having worked at The co-operative bank of Kenya as a sales executive and The Honda dealership in Malindi (EUROMIN AGENCIES} as a sales lady I have developed good communication skills,` interpersonal skills and good supplier relationship which is good for this business. I am a hard working and goal oriented individual who achieves everything I have set my mind on.
