PERFECT CONSULT is a school of Business Administration, Information and Communication Technologies , and Public Speaking; and at the same time a consulting agency for strategic management and business Incubation.

PERFECT CONSULT is designed to help every African build their own company and have competences in their work place, and live professionally in their business and all areas of their activities. The Company is made of 6 branches that offer different services to our customers: - first is the branch of Consultancy, that deals with business strategies in management, marketing and Human Resources, - second is the branch of Incubation, that deals with business structure, finances and growth of projects presented in our agency; - third is the branch of trainings, that offer knowledge in Business Administration, ICT , and Public Speaking; - fourth is the branch of Editing, that publish books related to job performance; - fifth is the branch of movie edition, that produces movies related to ethical life in the work place; - sixth is the branch of events, that offer a set of events to solve social problems, and teach to people how to live with one and others, and create activities around them.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

In a DRC and all around African Countries; we have meet people complaining about business creation in the sens that they have no money to do so, and that it is difficult for them to accès to found and be supported by their local government. We have this concluded that people in these areas, are not initiated to knowledge that can help them create and rule their businesses as by starting from nothing and grow financially; or by using the knowledge they have to start from one point and make progress in the growth of their business in their communities. We then come up with a solution to this big issue that is making African Stay poor in their families, after even completing some grades of education, and still not being able to progress and go on, because schools in Africa do not teach how to have money, nor how to create businesses, nor how to apply for a job. Our company take charges of bringing solution to all identified problems as listed here, by making African able of creativity.

The first advantage is that awareness will be made in our community of everyone having a desire to progress in his own life and make change in their community, by creating wealth and changing social situations they used to live in. The second advantage is that company will be able to grow and then rise the local and national GDP in the production and transformation of local ressources for social accomplishments. The third advantage will be that people in Africa will no longer be ignorant of practices they have to use while creating their businesses, or working in a certain company, or living life with their fellow in the community; because our company would have thought them all they have to know for a living, as they are on earth, and how they can manage and grow whatever they have started. We thus contribute to the sustainable development goals by focusing on global education of people in our African Countries, and in the creation of wealth by transforming natural ressources.

Our target in the execution of all our Services are: - leaders of institutions, states, and companies: to them we provide with strategies that are to develop their organizations; - innovators : that are to create new companies, and economic or social activities ; - employees: that we are going to grow competences; - communities: that we are going to influence with educational events, ethical movies, and books; as per the age of 12 to 60; - students from schools, colleges and universities.

Owners of our company as by foundation and by management, are qualified in business administration and have worked for different companies in Kinshasa, as consultancy agency and other institutions. The founder has writing skills, teaching skills, public speaking skills, and a wisdom that can change situations and bring new things into existence as by advising all our customers in their personal creativity, growth and development of all they do in their day to day life.

We also guide people in creating activities that are to end their poverty and change social situations arrond them. We not only guide them in creating wealth, but we also assist them in managing this wealth for being successful in the course of all their businesses and activities created. Our company strongly contributes to ending poverty with all our activities organized as to open the mind of African and give them a way to being successful in whatever they start to do in life and make their life better and leave a legacy for their families and contribute to the sustainability of their government and by solving many issues in the community by their ideas made into actions and by several innovations they have to bring fourth in the community.

What we do in our company is what people really need in African countries. Not many business have yet existed in doing what our company does. We bring large knowledge to people in a short time and we bring them to be practical in everything they do.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

Some incubators are in our county (the Democratic Republic of Congo) and Some consultancy agencies are in as well. The difference between us and all these other institutions is that we are available for our customers in all their areas and we are ready to respond to their issues whenever they need. In add, we offer to them content that are to creat their awareness in developing themselves and their businesses through several programs we offer. We organize conferences in several areas for the sake of discovering issues they have and in these areas, we train people and with this trained people, we form extensions for our company and we leave solution to the issues faced by people in those areas, in charge of their native we have left guiding the new extension created for solving all the issues to be faced in their area.

Yes, I strongly encourage women to create activities and I support them in the process as by writing their business plan and presenting them in different areas to promote their innovation.
