Replass is a company that recycles several types of waste materials into almost all kind of couction materials. Building a shelter is very expensive and to fix that we need to lower our construction material price with the best qualities.

I'm a civil engineer and I've been working finishing works in different sites. That made me realize how expensive construction materials are. Due to this, in Ethiopia we're living in different kind of unacceptable houses and I can't even begin with the life style in rural area, luck of schools, medical centers and many more. At the same time i like to see my city neat and clean. Thats where my idea of making construction materials with those wastes begin to rise. Waste is everywhere literally, EVERYWHERE. Those concrete, glass, plastic, wood, tire and any kind of domestic waste can be recycled to many kind of construction materials. Sustainable or green construction should be the new trend to make our city clean and to make construction way easier, cheaper and even faster with increased strength, and ecstasy. This practice involves repurposing waste into construction materials. Inorder to fix our current schooling and shelter problems in rural area, I say, this is the only option!!!

Basically I'm trying to solve the following main problems 1, The very huge problem we're facing in the world, WASTE! 2, The ugliest lifestyle in our country due to luck of shelters (unaffordable house for living, and every infrastructure especially in rural area) 3, Excess construction time (it took us much time more than we need to take for constructionof simple structures) 4, When we want to demolish a structure we can't reuse our existing materials so it's going to be all waste. (Minimizing Non reusable construction materials) 5, Extrem and hard labor works (although we can't avoid it fully we should be reducing all the labor works) 6, The less beauty of construction

1, Waste management, currently our world is suffering with the horrible waste management methods we're practicing. Recycling those waste materials is the only option. And in this case we're making magic. BEAUTY CHEAP DURABLE WORKABLE 2, It's super economic. Building construction materials are very expensive and we can solve this using precast materials and it reduces several steps and that will save us money. 3, As a product using replast precast construction materials will significantly reduce construction time with 80-90%. With the curing and itself construction time, by now it will take upto 120 days of hard working to build a random, normal tradition house with current method (around 100 m² area). This excess construction time will be reduced to 12-15 days. Plus its very workable amd easy to build.

By allowing people to live in a nice place with very affordable prices we can fight our poverty. By educating everyone in a very nice place (nice building) will allow our government to gight poverty. Especially in rural areas our schools are not goodly built. Not an adequate place for youth and womans. Clean city is one of our best need. We can fight disease

The only option to achive human health and well-being justification is to build a nice, clean, adequate housing. And on the other hand we're cleaning the country since it's an input for the product.

I'm trying to consume waste products at its best .. so it's only fair to consume more. When we talk about circular exonomy recycling is what we're saying. In this particualr case I'm saying we're upcyling waste products into construction materials. Construction material that used to be very expensive, hard to allocate and even in the process of making them we're producing many waste products and also we're using our precious resources. But now I'm saying we're using the waste materials to manufacture those materials. Materials from the waste. Minimizing every waste to guarantee our world a longer and safer life.

The obvious and serious cause for the sudden climate change is how we treat our waste products and how we're using our resource. Inorder to combat this catastrophe waste should be treated properly, if possible we should minimize it from the very point. And after that we should keep trying to make the best out of it. Construction is the biggest sector especially in developing countries. Therfore if we use waste to manufacture construction materials we'll eventually clean up all the wastes with out even harming our precious planet with land fill and even other terrible ways of disposing them. Besides that we'll save more trees from being chopped down for construction purposes, we'll save many resources being out used for similar purposes. Saving the world from this climate change should be the first goal in the next few years and the first option should be waste management. Especially for those waste that we haven't been able to recycle and degrade them.

WASTE! Everywhere! For instance we've a current issue on the lake 'Tana' called 'emboch' if we can use that herb to make something out of it we can control it and save our lake tana, an ecosystem for many many water animals. This is a serious case and ow lake tana is endangered with malicious plant. So for all I know we'll save 'Tana' the biggest lake in Ethiopia if we can make something out of it. Therefore, we should look in to the solution as fast as we can for the water bodies. This is just one example. Besides that we have many waste (human made) all over the water bodies like plastic bottles and plastic bags. This waste will harm each and every aquatic habitats directly. So cleaning the water bodies will save those animals and plants around and inside the water.

The same goes for the land. Waste all over the land, let alone land animals we humans are the biggest victims of this waste thing. And on the other hand using the so called 'wood' for construction is also affecting our planet. So we should all preserve our forest at all cost and let us use the waste for the better purpose.

I satnd alone for now but this doesn't mean I want to build this all by my self. This is a huge project and several type of knowledge and investors will be added in the future. Doing this by one's self is like trying to stir the ocean with just a spoon. It will be a huge sector and will deman many many partnerships globally.

Construction material need is not fulfilled currently. With the price, quality and accessibility those materials are not meeting the demand. Therefore many people in ethiopia are living in a traditional way of living. To meet the demand in a very acceptable price we need to allocate the products raw materials in even cheaper ways. Waste is the most cheap thing that we could find in this world. Therefore its an existing product and at the same time its a new product. (A better, cheaper, and stronger one). Yes, it's going to meet the demand at least 75%. Yes, it can be called a new technology. On the other hand when we look at the waste management system that I'm planning to implement, it's new system because of we're using almost all type of wastes. Nothing left to back fill, nothing left to burn.. all in to new products. Construction! (Except for those wastes which are already being recycled, I've several other option so I will let them have it)

Currently there are many construction material manufacturers, but with the PRICE I'M PROVIDING, WITH THE DURABILITY, WITH QUALITY, WITH THE WORKABILITY, WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY, WITH THE BEAUTIES AND EVERYTHING there is no way that they're going to survive this competition. Plus it's the most eco-friendly, eco housing products of the century. A d besides that there is going to small and simple factories in different areas so there wont be unnecessary transportation costs both to allocate the raw materials and to supply the end products. And there will be much products when the accessibility increases and it will lead to more products. And mean while the products can also made with the client order. In order to save time the clients can order what size they want and it will be manufactured in the factory (pre cast), as they want it. Since I'm a civil engineer, with experience I know how problems should be dealt.
