The primary issue that we are attempting to resolve is Ethiopia's widespread pollution caused by plastic trash. Nowadays, a significant proportion of plastic waste including bottles, bags, and packaging ends up in landfills or the environment, seriously polluting the environment and harming the ecosystem. In addition to contaminating soil and water supplies and endangering human and wildlife health, this plastic trash is a major contributor to the expanding worldwide environmental disaster. Due to the lack of infrastructure to handle the growing volumes of plastic trash, Ethiopia confronts a significant problem in handling this material responsibly. There are two important members of the KosheBrick Ethiopia team, and their combined abilities and experiences are critical to the project's success. Their collective experience puts them in a strong position for the project's future, even though production hasn't begun yet. Colleague 1 partner has a background in manufacturing and industrial engineering and has good technical abilities in supply chain management, quality assurance, and production procedures. With their expertise in streamlining production processes, recycled plastic bricks and tiles will be produced effectively and efficiently while adhering to durability and safety regulations. Cooperative Partner: This partner is excellent at public communications, stakeholder collaboration, grassroots mobilisation, and social entrepreneurship. She also has experience in community engagement. Their knowledge is essential for establishing solid community relationships.
