Suzan Various plant Nursery and urban Green infrastructure development is our Green partnership project running with both Suzan and RIBICA that is a modernized technology enabled/platform based agribusiness/Suzan in which we create awareness of local community in proper waste management/better production and consumption/ then collect different organic wastes including plant seedlings from our environments and process vermi-composet then produce various plants seedling/plant nursery that have both greenery and food purposes etc. then by using digital platforms/suzan/and others means of marketing strategies and innovative pricing system either alternative payment mechanisms and using e-banking system we reach with plant /fruit seedlings to small holder farmers and others such as urban households, Municipalities, Institutions, NGO and GO who needs plant nurseries/seedlings, green designing/Infrastructure & urban greenery services etc. In generally, this business meets SDGS and impactful

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The basic problem is environmental, socioeconomic and other challenges that lead local people to live impoverished life. Some of these challenges related with food insecurity and climate change related problems due insufficient agricultural food products and plant seedlings especially in horticulture sector i.e. vegetables and other various benefit based plant seedling and supplying Association/Firm. These various benefit based plant seedling means plants with both fruit bearing plants and vegetables that their leaves contributes on green economy to solve climate change and food security. Also, those plants gives beautification and used for restoration of deserted lands/beautification in area. Soil become unfertile ,rain fail in short after long stay due to this large number of people including small holder farmers i.e. female headed households migrate to town in search of daily labor work but challenging with risk. This indicate there is high food insecurity , unemployment and costs.

we create job opportunity for local youths including Women and girls, Immigrants, PWDs and other vulnerable groups, improve livelihoods of local community i.e. small holder farmers and female headed households with food security assured , created beauty and aesthetic town/city through climate change action and mitigation with our producing and supplying of plant seedling i.e. fruit nurseries producing and supplies and other Urban Green Infrastructure development services to our customers in affordable and accessible way, governments and municipality reduced costs in waste managements and others ,unemployment reduced and poverty alleviated with circular economy contributed. .

we have different customer depending on their needs for variety of products/services we supply/delivers for them./ in generally they may include small holder farmers including Female headed farmers, households, youth groups, GO i.e. Municipality etc. and different NGO wants to supply our products to their targeted beneficiaries in greenery areas and private company and individuals needs such plants/fruit nursery and green infrastructure development services.

all teams and staffs were highly qualified and experienced in area that most of them learned up to master level and worked for more than 7 years. we have 5 core teams and 48 staffs who were owners and have greater challenges of tasks carrying out for project success.

our project is innovative in every steps of its operation that from awareness, we recycle wastes, employ digital technology/app or platform in service/product delivery with alternative payments with legal agreements with e-banking, adds greater value in socioeconomic and environments that works in urban designing, greenery and beautification in reducing municipality budget expenses.

we few competitors that works either in local level and regional level including GOs and NGOs in waste managements and empowering farmers etc. small holder farmers engaged in plant nurseries and association were our competition. also, the other works in urban infrastructure and designing were our competitors. but we build capacity, recycle wastes and uses other local available resources reduced cost in production and reach all with digital technology in affordable prices. our services and products with urban infrastructure developments services is highly winners because it reduces carbon issues.

yes, with partnered RIBICA that provides entrepreneurship and life skill training with other BDS supports for us and others in area, we provides similar services to small holder farmers and other youths in our locality specifically female headed farmers and women's and girls from youths and local community were trained in different social ,economic and environmental issues and BDS support provided helps to have promoted the role of female entrepreneurs with developing women and girls owned SMEs in area with similar activity.
