The main problem I aim to solve is the pervasive issue of inefficiency and lack of productivity caused by poor time management habits. Through ET5amClub, I strive to empower individuals to overcome this challenge by instilling values of punctuality, discipline, and effective time management techniques. By providing comprehensive training programs and a supportive community, my goal is to enable individuals to unlock their true potential and achieve maximum productivity in all aspects of their lives.

Biniyam is currently leveraging his expertise to support persons with disabilities through a national-level pilot training program, demonstrating his commitment to inclusive growth and empowerment within the entrepreneurial community. - Semawit Bahiru(Female, 30) is another co-founder, bringing her experience as a trained pharmacist, academician, and researcher at Addis Ababa University, one of Ethiopia's most prestigious institutions. Semawit has a proven track record in startups, particularly focusing on training and EdTech. Her academic insights and practical experience in educational technology are instrumental in shaping the innovative solutions and training programs offered by Et5amClub.
