Young people and women in Africa are most affected by Africa's surging unemployment. Without substantial intervention, we're trending towards a gap of 40 million jobs in 2050. However, the majority of the existing interventions address the supply side of the equation despite there being a clear glut in supply. Our work with our flagship product Sync! and the corpus of interventions around it are designed to scale viable employment opportunities for people across the continent by equipping BUSINESSES with a platform for successfully coordinating distributed, remote and on-site work thereby sustainably addressing the demand side of the equation.
