After Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current affordable housing landscape, including supply, demand, and policy frameworks We identify barriers and challenges preventing access to affordable housing for low income individuals and families This lead us to develop innovative and sustainable solution to increase the availability and affordable housing to overcome this challenges and promote social equity and provides a foundation for economic stability We convert shipping containers from 13 ft, 20 ft and 40 ft into movable and foldable furnished apartment comes with single room self contain, two rooms self apartment and three rooms respectively This foldable and movable container house can also be use for an office depends on the demand And when you decide to leave that location you can move your house to another location, it does not take too much space

Built in toilet and bathroom with option of solar energy.
