Our Software system simplifies and expedites the school enrollment process. "We have just the right platform for it." During 2020-2024, the Government faced numerous delays in assigning spots for new students nationwide. This resulted in uncertainty for parents and students, hindering timely purchase of school supplies and causing challenges for uniform retailers in stocking up. To address this, we developed the SCOLAPOINT App which is a school allocation and admission App. Our database enables parents to track school acceptances promptly, allowing them to plan ahead for school necessities without last-minute rushes or uncertainty. Each student is assigned a unique CODE number in our database. Upon acceptance, parents simply provide this CODE to the school for registration, eliminating the need for tedious paperwork and long queues.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

In 2020-2022, The Government has had many delays in allocating spots for new school entrants or learners across the country. Kids looking for new schools or waiting for results has often resulted in Government delaying parents from buying school items on time as parents have no clue which schools their beloved children will be schooling as results are only released beginning of January each year. This caused improper planning ahead for parents and school uniforms retailers have had major problems with uniforms supplies as they do not know how much to stock up on time for each school because of these delayed results.

Our primary targets are the Ministry of Education (For Primary and Secondary schools) and tertiary education institutions (Universities and Vocational Centres). Each student is assigned a unique CODE number in our database. Upon acceptance, parents simply provide this CODE to the school for registration, eliminating the need for tedious paperwork and long queues.
