The project is mainly for the following: YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, YOUTH EMPOWERMENT , COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT . The project is designed to bring the youth together but also not limited to educate the community about the issues they are faced with on a daily basis and to create awareness about the fundamental life skills required by parents in order to ensure a safe and caring environment for the community as well as socio-civic involvement of the youth . YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: For competence, confidence, connection and caring and also for enhancement preservation, creativity and innovation in arts. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Educational Empowerment, Phsychological Empowerment . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Participation, Strengths , and Independence by empowering individuals and groups. To support the development of health, safe and caring communities. Socio-civiv Involvement: To improve and increase critical thinking and increase their participation in the community decision-making and development.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

We are trying to solve many problems such as crime , poor performance in education, diseases, youth unemployment, mental health issues and social gap etc . With crimes of all kinds being common in our societies, we are set to address this issue by educating communities on how to avoid being victims and also how to combat such a situation as a community. In order to avoid poor performance in education of our children we will design a better program and establish a pattern of behaviors that can improve and increase academic achievements among students. We also have a program to advocate on hygiene to combat the spread of disease. Moreover, we advocate on mental health awareness to ensure a healthy community. Moving on , we have programs designed to empower the youth from less privileged backgrounds. In addition, have programs designed to offer training and skills to the youth in order to make them self-reliant and keyplayers in the economy of their communities.

Our service has lots of benefits, such as Safety , Supporting Working Families and Development of personal and social skills. Safety: My startup ensures safety of every child and youth who ingage in the after-school program by supervising them , making them feel safer and supporting them when out of school. Supporting Working Families : Working families also benefit from my startup that assures that the youth have a secure place to go while guardians or parents are at work. Parents and guardians who do not have access to childcare reduce the amount of income to the overall family, decreasing the whole family's living standard. Development of personal and social skills : This program is vital in children's enrichment classes and it features giving positive feelings, higher academic achievement , positive attitude toward school , etc .

The project is aimed at serving the youth and children , in school students , drop outs as well as unemployed youth. Students: To support them through programs and also ingage their parents to actively participate in their education in order to improve and increase academic achievements. Also to ensure quality education by exposing them to all necessary tools enhance their potential in educational performance. Children: To ingage and guide their parents to offer them proper care and promote child's wellfare and human development awareness. Drop outs: To ensure that they go back to school and complete their high school. Unemployed youth: To offer them essential training and skills in order for them to secure opportunities in the job market. Finally, they can use the acquired skills to start their businesses which may leads to economic growth of the local communities by creating job opportunities. This also improves their quality of life and of others in their communities

Our startup contributes to the reduction of poverty in our community. Our primary goal is to build a shelter for the homeless children, especially the orphans. These individuals deserve a place to call home to help them find a sense of belonging and also guardians who can assist them live a normal life. They also need proper child care and parenting in order for them to grow well and live a happy life as children. Our startup provides every basic needs for them to make their lives easier. We provide food for them . We ensure healthy diets in their meals. We also provide clothing for them . Moreover, we make sure they go to school and all their school fees are paid for. We give them parental care and after school they attend after school classes to assist them improve their academic achievements. They are well taken care of just like any other normal child deserves .

My startup has a health and well-being program, designed to create awareness about healthy lifestyle, healthy diets and also advocate on alcohol and drug abuse as well as disease. Communities needs my startup to assist , educate and guide people on how go through or overcome issues such and diseases HIV/AIDS , TB , malaria , yellow fever lung disease, and many more. My startup also do campaign to create awareness about obesity, mental health and child's health and human development. These programs play a pivotal role in contributing to good health and well-being in communities. In addition , my startup offers counseling services for free . Counseling is very crucial as it is the only effective method used to assist trauma victims . Orphans, widows/widowers and people who are victims of abuse and prisoners needs counseling to find strengths to become themselves again.

My startup contributes greatly to quality education and this can be achieved by having the following programs in place: 1. Academic Support: Offering children's enrichment programs can improve students' Academic performance. School enrichment programs improve reading and math grades , and children who attend more regularly are more likely for overall improvement. 2. School Participation: Offering after-school programs leads to development in-class participation, more conventional adjustment as growing people advance to the next phase of education. 3.Social and Emotional Learning: Attending high-quality school enrichment programs with regular participation can improve social and emotional competencies, including pro-social behavior, fundamental motivation, better concentration efforts, and a higher sense of self-worth. Information and skills acquired help to find self identity and the ability to manage emotions. and achieve personal and collective goals.

I strongly agree that my startup contributes to decent work and economic growth. By offering essential training and skills to the youth it is a direct approach to empower them as it makes them competitive and potential candidates in the job market. This will enable them secure great positions in their careers , which is an assurance of better salaries . In addition, by acquiring skills , the youth will be self-reliant, independent and will need less assistance to stats their own business, becoming own bosses . This means they will hire fellow youth and any other individuals or groups to work for them . This scenario leads to a rapid economic growth in the community.

My startup is essential and it contributes a lot to reduced inequalities. Orphans, vulnerable children and less privileged youths need more and extra assistance in order to assist them reach their potentials in all areas of life. They need exposure to all necessary tools to empower them and also to increase their ability in order to survive in a world of high competence. We make sure they gain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the the environment and we equip fully with all necessary skills in order for them to survive in the society full of competition. By offering them essential training and equip them with all necessary skills , they will be as good as other individuals in the community. For children, our startup ensure child's health and human development . It is a mandatory to us that children are well taken care of so that they grow well and have an easy life that every child needs . Our startup ensures full support to individuals from unprivlleged backgrounds

Partnership for the goal is mandatory for my startup. I strongly believe my startup can only achieve it's goal by partnering and collaborating with other organizations and stockholders as they assist in guidance and of course by offering financial assistance. Partnership and collaboration with other entities ensure the survival of my startup and also helps my startup achieve it's long-term goals . The responsibility of my startup requires jointventure and Partnership to increase its credibility and the ability to deliver quality services in long run and also to grow bigger in infrastructure , and also to develop new innovative ways to solve problems. In addition , all organizations that are trying to solve the problems as my startup depend on my startup to some extend to achieve their goals.

These organizations are doing a lot in serving communities in many areas . However, what makes our organization stands out from others is that we offer direct and meaningful solutions to communities in need . Our approach to dealing with issues is direct and realistic. At my organization, we prioritize the our tasks . This helps us make room for changes in our daily activities and value them . In addition, we have many programs to be more inclusive and diversify our services to reach out as many individuals and groups in communities.
