Our chatbot will support local languages (Chichewa, Tumbuka, Yao, Lomwe) and include speech recognition and text-to-speech functionality for visually impaired users. By deploying Nzika Bot, our partners will enhance their customer engagement, improve accessibility, and increase financial inclusion. We aim to become a leading provider of AI-powered chatbot solutions in Malawi, empowering businesses and organizations to better serve their customers.
