Caroline Ngulube, our Finance Manager, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy at Malawi College. With her robust financial expertise, Caroline ensures the financial health and sustainability of Molash Graphix. Her approach to financial management and strategic planning has been instrumental in our growth, enabling us to efficiently allocate resources and maintain fiscal discipline. Akuzike Chinyamu, our Director of Photography, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and brings six years of experience in the creative sector. Akuzike has been pivotal in producing high-quality visual communication projects, ranging from advertisements to documentaries. His keen eye for detail and creative vision have greatly contributed to our ability to deliver impactful visual content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives community engagement. His experience and innovative approach make him a cornerstone of our team’s creative efforts.

On top of having a 50/50 employee ratio at Molash Graphix we are also actively involved in promoting the role of female entrepreneurs within our community.
