Our project aims to solve this problem by converting waste tyres into Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF) through pyrolysis. Our project utilizes pyrolysis, an advanced process that decomposes waste tyres at high temperatures without oxygen, yielding valuable hydrocarbons like diesel and gasoline. This cutting-edge technology not only provides an efficient solution for tire management but also produces high-value energy products. Traditional tyre disposal methods like burning and landfilling pose severe environmental risks. Pyrolysis-based recycling offers a cleaner, safer, and more efficient alternative. TDF burns cleaner than coal, reducing emissions and supporting a circular economy by transforming waste into valuable resources.

EXISTING TIRE RECYCLYING COMPANIES COMPETITORS: Established tyre recycling companies in Nigeria DIFFERENTIATION: We use advanced pyrolysis technology, which is less common and more efficient than traditional tyre recycling methods such as shredding and crumbing. This technology allows us to produce higher-value products like diesel and gasoline, providing a broader range of applications and revenue streams. 3.
