PricENERGIES is a proposed app that will help the Nigerians to know the actual market prices of petrol fuel, kerosene, diesel, aviation fuel and the gas with the help of constant update changing in order to have preferences and avoid price exploitation.

The project idea roams only on quick assistance in getting to know the prices of certain daily energies' products which Nigerians use in their daily lives activities. The app will have the simple and concentrated features of fixed or changing prices of only four products of crude oils of the government and independent marketers of petroleum in Nigeria. It helps the consumers most especially the drivers to know the right petrol stations which they feel their prices wouldn't affect their transit business as a result of the price of the fuel in the country. It helps to control the price of the major source of economic threshold which Nigeria rely upon. The app will have certain features of " REPORT BOX" where the official phone numbers and emails of each recognized and approved oil companies shall be provided should the customers or consumers have a report about the priceexploiting experiences they might have encountered during the course of patronizing a particular oil filling station

We are trying to solve the problem of lack of price control in energy sectors as it create enmity within the marketers and affect the economy of the populace. For example, if a company fixed a price per litter of the fuel across the nation, it is mandatory for all the branches of such company to sell it at that rate fixed from their Headquarters, so in the presence of changing the price in a state while the product of such company is being sold with hike price in another state is a clear signs of exploitation and unstable price of such company without the knowledge of its headquarters. Therefore, it is our duty and responsibilities of the consumers to raise alarm against the injustice through report box.

1-It controls the price of the fuels 2- It gives the consumers the preference to buy from any chieper price rate of any fuel stations beside his residence or town. 3-It helps government agencies like Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission a clue in controlling and monitoring the fuels prices in Nigeria. 4-It prevents the hike of food prices as a result of motorists buying the fuel from the high cost filling stations, therefore inflating the transport fares of the masses. 5- It create healthy competition of selling the fuel at the normal price within the petrol and crude oil marketers.

The targeted beneficiaries are the masses because today in Nigeria, no sector of economy can work effectively and efficiently without the use of energy. And the source of getting energy is through purchase of any kind of energy wanted. If negatively, the prices are not transparent; there would be commotion in price of products and services of many factories producing food stuff etc. Secondly, it helps the travelers and the drivers to have balance of selection in their businesses.

Anything communication is part of education. Building app that will help educating the Nigerians about the updates of prices of the most affecting resources of their country requires alot of researches, statistics and data computation. Therefore, getting to know the various prices and opening opportunities to ask or communicate the official headquarters of those fuel companies revolves around being educated and learning the useful information. This is because education is not only restricted in the class room.

Today in Nigeria, lack of stability of fuel price and its unfortunate hike prices affect our economy. There is no enough tracking and sophisticated app or ways of controlling the price indirectly. And this gap had been affecting our economy as every marketers fix the price they want without full control of the government. For the introduction of this app, prices shall be more indirectly control and eventually improves the buying and selling of goods and services which transportation has a very impacts in their price determination.

The app is innovative and specific on only prices of four products viz: Petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel. Knowing the varieties of the above products within our arms or palms without long searching on Google or visiting different websites of all companies is really reducing the time wastage and brings information to the door steps for actions. Our technical team will also be helping to answer the necessary questions or recommendations which would compel us to reach out to the marketers if the need arises. As a result of this, we have also by that automatically serve as intermediary.

The app will breed the sense of justice to control uncertainty and unnecessary price hike of the fuels. It reduces drastically the rate at which price protesters vandalises the resources of the state during the fuel escalation price protests .

Yes, I need partnership to succeed in carrying out the task of giving accurate price data to Nigerians. For example, we need to partner with the National Beareu of Statistics ( NBS), The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FPCCPC), Corporate affairs Commission ( CAC), The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC ) and few others operating approved petroleum marketing companies for the ease of tasks .

The product is a new innovation for being specific to Nigeria as result of economic instability we are currently facing due to removal of fuel subsidy and lack of full or subsidiary and auxiliary arms of controlling the price of products of what is majorly affecting our economy.
