This is an information technology-based project, an IT firm that seeks to curb insurgence and provide real-time info on issues that bothers security while creating employment for young innovative tech-savvy youths between the ages of 16 -35 years.

iCrea8 is an information technology-based project billed to start in phases. i. Phase 1: this project starts as a business venture where telecommunication spare parts would be made available and sold at a moderate rate to consumers as a means of raising capital. ii. Phase 2: in this phase, doors of employment will be opened to young entrepreneurs who specialize in engineering specifically hardware and software engineers. They will be responsible for effecting repairs and troubleshooting mobile devices, laptops and telecommunication devices. It will be a full department capable of functioning by itself. iii. Phase 3: this phase will be a full-blown IT firm which has always been the dream, it will consist of a team of programmers, network analysts, cyber security experts and software developers. The goal is to create an academy, encourage and create job opportunities for young innovative minds while working directly with security agencies to curb insurgence by providing real-time info.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The unemployment rate in my country is very high, a situation where graduates can't secure jobs after graduating from high institutions and serving their Country. It is worth noting that the rate of insurgence and cyber crimes has increased over time with young people in my nation accounting for more than 80 percent of these crimes. This project is aimed at employment for the youths, taking these young ones from the street and harnessing their potential for good. if these young tech-savvy minds are taught to put their skills into good use and channel their energy into something blissful, it will reduce the rate of crime, improve society, provide jobs and most importantly assist security agencies to bring to book the perpetrators of cyber crimes by the virtue of information provided by the firm.

05.08 Justification de mon projet

while I may not be able to say that no one has ventured into this project Idea, I still haven't seen nor heard of any within my region. this project is unique and innovative because it has a timeline and it will improve learning through its academy, create safety awareness and create jobs in society. Imagine a situation where someone loses his/ her gadgets through robbery or a loved one is kidnapped, the distress it brings to those individuals cannot be quantified. everything can not be left to the police but if such individuals make contact with us, we would be able to track their location and disseminate the right information to security operatives to take down those behind the crimes. our charges will be fair and we will be accessible. Just as the United States has its own NASA, this one will operate in a similar role through our cyber security experts.

05.09 Qui sont vos principaux potentiels concurrents et qu'est-ce qui vous différencie d'eux ?

I've done my research and I don't know of any competitor right now but I've learnt to never say never. However, my vision to see the youths stand out and to create a peaceful environment and atmosphere where people can easily move around without fear will always make me stand out because I am committed to this cause and will not stop until this dream is achieved.

10.06 Menez-vous des actions au sein de votre communauté pour promouvoir le rôle des femmes entrepreneurs ?

Yes, I persuade parents in my community to allow their girl child to venture into businesses and to support them to stand before they get married so that they wouldn't become a liability to their husbands. The example I cite to them is that a lady with an entrepreneurial mindset will manage her home and contribute to societal development.
