CrafTack will be an online marketplace connecting locally vocationally skilled individuals or businesses in Africa, with relevant services for customers who need them. It will make it easier for households, individuals, and businesses to find service providers from wherever they are or reside. Customers do not have to go through the stress of sourcing trusted and reliable service providers offline; CrafTack, through its online platform, will display profiles of experts closest to them from which they can select and connect. Also, experts who need the support of another expert who can render similar services can access, communicate, and connect with them. For safety and a well-done job, CrafTack will offer premium supervision.

Our concern is the increasing rate of unemployment in Africa. Currently, 36 million people are unemployed in Africa. Largely, by 2063, there will be 1 billion people in Africa; this means that, if the unemployment issue is not addressed, hunger will thrive, and poverty will dominate.

CrafTack is a discontinuous innovation that gives them access to a wide range of customers and overcomes the incompetency, trust issues and unreliability that emanate from offline sourcing of service providers.
