How to create a network of urban mobility professionals that is reliable, responsive, transparent, and easily accessible, in order to simplify and improve all operations related to urban mobility, while strengthening customer trust and satisfaction in the automotive sector?

My project seeks to revolutionize the automotive sector with a cutting-edge solution that prioritizes customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Through personalized service, seamless communication, and increased accessibility via a user-friendly platform, we aim to enhance customer interactions. Our solution will also optimize maintenance schedules, streamline operations, and provide data-driven insights for better decision-making, leading to increased efficiency. By offering a unique value proposition and fostering brand loyalty, we aim to secure a competitive edge and expand our reach across Tunisia, Africa, and the MENA region, ultimately transforming the automotive industry for both customers and businesses.

My project targets a wide range of beneficiaries within the automotive ecosystem, aiming to improve the experience for both customers and businesses. On the customer side, we aim to serve individuals who own or lease vehicles, seeking to enhance their ownership experience through convenient access to information, personalized services, and simplified interactions with dealerships and service centers. On the business side, we target automotive dealerships, service centers, and other businesses involved in the automotive value chain, offering tools to optimize operations, improve customer satisfaction, and gain a competitive edge in the market. Ultimately, our project seeks to empower both customers and businesses to navigate the evolving automotive landscape with greater ease and efficiency.

My role as Team Leader at Enactus and Campus Director for the Hult Prize allowed me to put my skills in organization, planning, and problem-solving into practice. This experience showcases my commitment to collaborative work, a key strength in driving a successful business like Garagy.tn. Additionally, i really love the way woman take leadership role,as our CMO Mme cyrine Ayari is a magnificient exemple. I bring a unique perspective to our team, championing the importance of female entrepreneurship and contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workspace.
