ALBO GYPSUM MIKANDA we are manufacturer and distributors of mikanda(cornice) our products mostly used interior finishing decorate offices,residential villa, schools, we currently distribute our products in three regions Dar es salaam, Pwani and Morogoro.

01.01 Décrivez votre startup en détail

we manufacture mikanda (conicles) for building decorations we use to mix gypsum powder from Singida Tanzainia and imported fast finish from Egypt ( Top Sina or Andika fast finish) and we mix with water on the right ratios, then leave the mix for 2 minutes till it soaks completely and add fiber glass on the moulding shape machine in order to create the shape(gypsum forms) and leave another two minutes after applied on the cornice machine for it to dry before its removed from the cornice machine.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

we are trying to decorate our areas like home, offices, schools for good looking environment. As a building decorative material our product its mostly used in ceiling it helps in heating resistance and preserving moisture in our buildings.

Our product is very mostly used at our homes, offices and school building as building decorative material our product its mostly used in interior finishing it helps in heating resistance, our product is very good to control indoor air humidity in our buildings and increase comfort in our homes.

our product is aimed at decorate office buildings, hotel, residential villas, conference hall, schools, offices, our product aims at all residential and commercial projects.

My other owner of our startup she my wife and mother of my two beautiful daughters and she is very committed lady, very hard working and she is read to push our company to the next level that we can be able to supply our product to all the regions of Tanzania.

At our startup we are currently not new on the market as their other competitors and all are using the same method due to luck of capital to invest in proper machines so that production can in a easy and smooth way compared to the old method of production.

our main competitors are the same local industries and also strong foreign investors that come to invest with large capitals and good resources and great technology is used to produce the same product at a large scale and they are capable of distributing the product on wide are coverage that we us startup we can not reach even if we manage to reach at a very large cost we find the investor have reached and they are selling the product at a very cheap price.
